The guys down in BYD were very helpful and took a lot of stress away from me during the time of leasing a BYD Seal. The car I needed to sell was due to expire its MOT. But thankfully, Adam and Matthew at the store were happy to provide me with a Courtesy car during the waiting time for the lease car to arrive. I am very grateful.

Had my car booked in for a service spoke to a someone on phone regarding a paint issue if it would be under warranty was told they could have a look
When I arrived to leave car for service was advised that there was nobody to look at warranty as they didn’t have facilitiy to have a look at paint work and to try Swansea
Wasted my my morning running round
I Used a local garage for service in the end half the price with genuine parts used

I bought an A Class in early May. It had a few thousand miles on the clock. I was the first private owner. Everything went wrong and in the first few weeks I returned 3 times with problems. Then my car was taken in for new electrics. Mercedes Cardiff still have it several months later, now July 22nd. Most of my emails go unanswered, except by the Sales Manager, who continues to apologise and ask me to be patient. I am on my 3rd loan car. I am appalled that this has happened.
It is now July 30th. No one has contacted me. My car is probably dumped in a corner of the work shop while Mercedes tries to forget this unfortunate experience

Purchasing this vehicle was an easy choice as it met all my requirements. The service was good and all my questions were answered clearly.
The first few days have justified the choice and I look forward to enjoying many more of pleasant motoring.

Andrew at BYD was fantastic, he went above and beyond to provide information of BYD and what car would be most suitable to my needs. It’s our first part electric car so we were blind but he filled us with confidence and we agreed to the sale thanks to his great offer making sure our budget was matched. Collection of car went very smoothly and extra added touch of a red bow on collection was lovely. Everyone at BYD Cardiff has been great with the transition into my new vehicle and the part exchange. Poor vehicle preparation. Collection was arranged for and vehicle outside on arrival. An hour later we were told it was ready to find it had moved and placed on charge, now at 55-60%. The vehicle should have been ready to go. Looking inside, there were plastic zip bags left inside on the seat and in the glove box, soft plastic light anti scratch covers still fitted, that should have been removed. Car was dusty and water marks all over the outside and the inside dash was filthy with a brown dust all over it. Same brown dust all under the bonnet and the screen wash was at its lowest just covering the pump. I wonder if the PDI was completed as there were still stickers on the wheels. Staff however were friendly enough and offered to go through the controls, which I declined.
