<10 mins and 2 cats asleep in their new beds
I bought two baskets and within 10 minutes of putting them down two of my cats had claimed them curled up and gone to sleep. Would upload the picture if I could to prove it. The baskets are both in use again this morning as I write this - a different two cats (We have six).

Better to buy a similar product from another company
I saw an advertisement for the Stimuli cat rope basket and thought it would be a nice comfortable item for my cat to enjoy, and to help whittle down her long nails through scratching on the rope basket. I went with this company because they had the best advertisement. I should have been a little cautious because they're extremely high priced. I received the item, but I had to wait a while because even though they're an American based company, they shipped it from China. The basket itself seemed to be good quality overall, but I never saw my cat get in it. They were not interested even though I waited weeks. My cat has now passed away and so for 2 reasons, I'd like to return the basket. Upon looking at the return form for Stimulicat it says that I have to pay for shipping and they want me to ship it to the Netherlands. I think I may just have to be out the money. Because the cost of shipping to another country is going to be quite high. By the time a person has to worry about taxes, customs fees, tariffs, fees, etc. It's possibly going to exceed the price of the product. In all my years, I really have not encountered any company that tried to suggest that I should return their product to a foreign country even if it was shipped by them to me from a foreign country. So I am quite disappointed.

Well made basket
I purchased another brand last winter. My kitty sat in it for little visits but didn’t use it very much. I took the plunge and ordered one from Stimulicat. She likes it much better and wrestles with it. I haven’t checked her nails yet. It just arrived a few weeks ago. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

We love the new larger bed for our Bootz
We love the new bed for our Bootz. This comany helped get us through a bit of a hiccup when we ordered two of the smaller beds when their size chart showed that Bootz would fit in the smaller one. While we were not able to return the one smaller bed, the larger bed was perfect for him. We will be donating the smaller bed to the nearby shelter. It took Bootz about 2 weeks to actually start using the bed while our other kitty, Bella, started from day one.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
These baskets that I paid almost $160 for are doing absolutely nothing for my 2 cats. They could care less. I even tried to coax them with catnip still a NO GO!! Then when you want to return for a refund they expect you to return it to the Netherlands with tracking and insurance which was more then 2/3 of what I spent even though the company is located right here in the US. IT'S A GIMMICK VERY DISAPPOINTED !! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Yes these are expensive
Yes these are expensive, but my Dora is worth it, so I got the gray large, she’s 12 pounds, I did spray basket and cushion with cat nip spray I have, since she wasn’t going in it, maybe spray helped? But she loves it, spends most nights in it, So maybe try spraying it like I did? She has plenty enough room in it for her size I’m happy Dora is happy! Thanks try this if your cat doesn’t want to go in it it took Dora about a week to start getting in it!

30 day guarantee is a joke
A warning for U.S. customers considering Stimulicat:
I purchased an $80 Stimulicat cat basket that my cat simply won’t use. When I tried to use their 30-day return policy, I discovered that returns must be shipped to the Netherlands at the customer’s expense, with tracking.
UPS quoted me $254.29 to return an $80 product.
Rather than provide an affordable way to return it, Stimulicat initially offered me a 25% refund to keep the basket. After multiple exchanges, that became 35% and is now 40%.
I’ve made it clear that I’m perfectly willing to return the basket. I’ve asked for a reasonably priced return label, a U.S. return address, or another practical solution. They say none is available.
So their current solution leaves me paying $48 for a product I don’t want and can’t use.
If you’re ordering from the U.S., this is something worth knowing before you buy.

Their guarantee is not a true guarantee. You have to ship the product back to the Netherlands, which is expensive. You can find the same product on Amazon or at Walgreens for $20 or less rather than $80. I should have known it was a scam.

I ordered one bed and actually received it quickly. I was shocked at the high quality of the product and my kitties took to it quickly . I have 4 cats so I ordered 3 more. They love these beds and I have to say they are beautiful and so well made. I’m not embarrassed having them in my house. I got rid of the original cat beds because they aren’t that pretty and honestly gross. They are easy to clean and keep neat. I’m usually disappointed with products I order off of FB. And good luck getting your money back from the fraud companies. . But these kitty beds are far superior than anything I could have hoped for. I can’t recommend these bed enough. I love them and so do my kitties, even the large ones.

Perfect cat lounger for Sabrina - a 20 lb. Maine Coon! This soft sided "basket" was used within 30 minutes of opening and she's a picky cat. The Customer Service was easy to find and the instructions were clear. The product is made of coiled fabric and easy to clean. The delivery went very well with good packaging. My staff purchased this without checking with me first, but I'm glad they did. I'm an indoor cat in a one-cat home, so I tend to get bored, but I immediately liked the way the basket smelled and felt. I can really dig my claws into it, and it's a great place to add to my list of spots to catch a few winks. I also appreciate the little rope that I can bat around. I only gave it four stars because, well, let's face it, it's not a cardboard box.

I am so impressed by how much my cat…
I am so impressed by how much my cat uses it for her nails and sleeps in it all the time.
After 2 weeks she tore out the end of ball out of the leather brand. She has pulled the ball a part on one side.
The basket itself is wonderful. It seems to be saving my furniture.
I bought one for my daughter's 11 year old new Orleans indoor kitty and he has slept in it every day!

My little furry overlord is getting on…
My little furry overlord is getting on in age as she is almost 16 y/o. When I placed the bed on the floor in the kitchen for her to examine, she sniffed it over completely and walked away. I moved the bed upstairs next to her current one and gave her some time. The next morning I found her cuddled up in it, completely content. Now its her favorite bed, and she has quite a few all over the house. I am very pleased with this cat bed, thank you!
