Georgia, a very friendly and professional real estate agent, has a comprehensive understanding of the local market. Known for being knowledgeable and easy to talk to, Georgia is an asset to any real estate transaction.

I spoke to Ciaran Gallagher re the sale of a flat which is part of a relative's estate. Although Ciaran was stepping in for his colleague looked into the case and was extremely helpful, efficient and informative.

By far and away the best element of our sale process. Outstanding communication, knowledgeable and supportive, every aspect of our sale was delivered.

Recently sold my house through Stirling Ackroyd. Mark (Englefield Green) and Ben (Egham) did a great job.
They use a professional photographer and put a lot of effort into getting to know the house. I really valued Mark's advice throughout the process.

The worst people to have a tenancy with, I have faced issues head on and had nothing but pain when they ignored my concerns. Ended up stuck in the worst tenancy ever where i feared for my safety

Excellent!!! I put my house up for sale on Saturday and it was sold on the following Tuesday! The Egham Branch guys are excellent. They were knowledgable, professional and were just simply great. I cannot recommend enough. If you’re looking for excellent service and some great salesmanship then these are your guys!! James and Ben are a real asset to the team.

Totally non responsive and unprofessional
They agreed on a flat price then as soon as I signed up with them started threatening me that they won’t do viewings until I reduce the price!
Their phones didn’t work for weeks then they took my Property offline on key websites
When I queried no one came back to me for weeks!!!
DO NOT hand over your property to these people!

David gave a fabulous Survey on our potential property and called me before his appointment there and afterwards to give me a brief breakdown of his findings and asked me to contact him on his direct number should I have any further questions or queries about the property and the report (which I did take up the opportunity and was extremely happy with his response). Thanks!!

I recently completed my flat sale with Stirling Ackroyd in Guildford and I am very happy with the support that Martin, Jack, Sandra and Brian provided through the 3 month process. I agreed to sell my flat for under asking but to a buyer they recommended who was serious about buying and wanted to move quickly. I agree this recommendation was the right one. The team are very experienced and went above and beyond to help me at points as I live a few hours away. I really recommend using them and would not hesitate in using them again.

Suck! Don’t recommended at all !! Unprofessional, unreliable, not friendly, late reply!! If you rent a house from them, you do all the things on your own, no one will gonna help you, the property management are useless!!

A Successful Let with Stirling Ackroyd !!
I put a house on the market, in Twickenham, to rent in December 2024, that I thought would be a difficult time to find a new tenant.
Thanks to the good work of Honor Clements and the Team at Stirling Ackroyd, I had a firm offer at the full asking price in less than a week. I now have professional tenants in my house and am looking forward to a long term tenancy.
