I ordered a set of plates from stokesstores.com and they arrived completely smashed. Accidents happen, but what’s unacceptable is the complete lack of customer service. I emailed their support team and called their phone line—no response after 7 days, even though their auto-reply claims they respond within 48 hours. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially when dealing with damaged goods. I won’t be ordering from Stokes again unless they seriously improve their customer service.

This company is a total sham.. i ordered a plate set online and was told i had to order up to 90 dollars worth to get free shipping, im disabled with no car so i did add extras i didnt need.. i waited almost a week for my order to arrive only to find my dinner plate set i ordered were damaged with many plates broken.. i contacted the company via chat and the closest store to me which was out of province btw and both told me i had to email and wait for a ticket for someone to get ahold of me..i received an auto response telling me i had to wait 24-48 hrs to get a answer on what to do, so far nothing and its past 48 hrs.. im stuck with broken dishes or i have to find a way to get to the quebec side which i cannot.. worse company ever do not shop online with this company, they suck..if i could give them a zero i would

I received an email from someone identifying themselves as a recruiter for Stokesstores Inc. they wanted me to interview through text on the Teams App. My guard was up already. So the interview ended after the recruiter wanted me to work for two weeks from a cybercafe or the library before I would receive equipment as I don't have a computer um not feasible. They wanted me to start training for free and when I stated I would require payment for my time, the interview ended with the recruiter ghosting me. Be careful out there remote job seekers.
Ordered Ithink robot vacuum
Ordered Ithink robot vacuum. Vacuum was used and missing all the main parts! Battery, brushes and AC power cord! They sent a replacement vacuum and this one is missing the brushes! How hard is it to check the dam box before you ship stuff? Not impressed with the sloppy service.

Had to return an item to The West Edmonton Mall Location. Receipt was missing bar code. Manager, Tenado, went out of her way to find copy of my purchase in company computer. Excellent customer service. And a great personality. A rarity in this day and age.

Temple de l'obsolescence programmée. Les boutiques stokes sont accueillantes, jolies, offrent souvent des prix attractifs. J'ai acheté beaucoup de choses chez eux lorsque nous nous sommes installé. Mais le petit électro-ménager est de très mauvaise qualité. Durée de vie 2 ou 3 semaines. J'ai acheté un blender Think Kitchen il y a 15 jours. Il a servi 3 fois. Il est mort. J'ai acheté 3 cafetières à piston qui ont fini à la poubelle. Chez Stokes, il ne faut acheter que la vaisselle et éviter tout le reste.
Air fryer thinkkitchen
I bought this airfryer in November 2023. Loved it. Small but perfect for me. I used it for a month and realized that I wanted more of the baking sheets (bottom pan). Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be replacement parts available anywhere. It is exclusive to thinkkitchen so parts on Amazon don't fit. About a month later, I noticed the rotating basket was beginning to rust. Sent numerous requests via email and in-person. The answer was always the same: our warehouse doesn't have replacement items. You need to replace the entire unit. How ridiculous. How ecologically irresponsible. How frustrating. While the unit is fine, I would not recommend purchasing as the parts don't last long. It's only been 6 months and already the flimsiness is beginning to show with no possibility of replacement. I'm not rich so can't afford to keep replacing entire units. *I would like to add that I don't blame the customer service reps nor the warehouse (of course), but for the CEOs who market such a wasteful product.

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered some gifts on December 3rd. I got a notification today it had be delivered. It was delivered to the wrong address, so I called Purolator to notify them of the mistake. Only to find out Stokes put the wrong shipping address on the package, my tracking number and address didn't match, Purolator says nothing they can do contact Stokes. I did I emailed and txt can't call and talk to a person just email and txt. The email gave me a ticket number will get back to me in 24 hrs. Txt was apologetic but just told me to email. I feel like I was robbed of not only my purchase that got sent to who knows where but my money too. Please do not order anything online from Stokes as it will be nothing but a headache to get any answers from them on how the are fixing the problem. Either send me what I ordered or give me my money back.
This store has misleading information…
This store has misleading information in their product manual. And has been admitted by their ecommerce representative. So be careful before buying their products.
Recently I had ordered a stand mixer. I received a shipment with a missing pouring Shield. I checked in their product manual, and found that pouring shield is a part of the product. Immediately I sent a complaint email to their e-commerce department. A representative relied saying that we will send a replacement. I received a replacement of splash guard and again it was with the same - missing pouring Shield !.
So I sent an email again to the same department. The reply I received from their is as under-
"Unfortunately, after speaking with the department in charge of this request, the manual has an error.
It does not come with that piece".
So friends be careful before placing any order to this store.
Very disappointed in the customer…
Very disappointed in the customer service at Stokes. I ordered 25 decorative bowls that I intended to give as gifts to my kids' teachers. My order came up to just under $500. I ordered on line as each store had only 2 or 3 in stock. The warehouse decided to repack the bowls and put two bowls in one box and just bubble wrap the 25th to save on shipping. This complicated my wrapping of the gifts as I was expecting to have 25 boxes for my 25 bowls. We contacted customer service, which can only be contacted by chat. They were super rude and told me to go out and buy the missing boxes. I had already looked at buying boxes but couldn't find an appropriate size box. They refused to give me the 13 boxes I needed to wrap my gifts in a most unprofessional and rude way, hiding behind a screen of course, hence the chat only option. I know for a fact that my 13 missing boxes went into the recycling at their warehouse. My order was close to $500 and not only did they refuse to give me all of the boxes that should have been included, but were exceptionally rude. Will not be shopping there again.

IF YOU WANT TO PAY $120 FOR A $25 COFFEE MAKER - THIS THE PLACE FOR YOU. My example is the old "copper coffee maker which is just an ugly terrible rebranding of the CRUXGG coffee maker you can get at target in the us for guess what $28 usd. They charged $120 CAD y'all. To make it have a little metal and brass on it. Having worked there I can tell you that -unless they improved it - the warehouse and online shopping is utterly atrocious. You WILL most likely receive a broken piece in your set because the shippers cannot grasp that they are shipping BREAKABLE CERAMIC AND GLASS OBJECTS.

Windsor Crossing Stokes- the sales person -a middle aged middle eastern woman helped me find several things-while I was on a walker and the items she pulled out for me- one after the other, until I found exactly what I wanted was the best help! She had such good taste and great advice and was honest- like the grill really is totally non stick and has changed my life. It went so fast and easy- it was like shopping in the old days at a huge Hudson's or Macy's in New York where they waited on you hand and foot!
Online shopping site a nightmare
Tried to shop online and there site is the worst I’ve used. Cart keeps emptying and you can try and find something by selecting a category which works for 2 pages and the it reverts to the whole inventory. Have tried over several days and gave up.

Customer service representative Stephanie replied to my initial email about an item arriving in my online order broken with three options to resolve the issue. I made my choice and we resolved the issue within an hour of receiving the product from the company. Fantastic service, fantastic company and fantastic product.
