Missing, broken items, no resolution after 1 month

I had an experience similar to many others here. Placed an order July 8th. Items arrived in good time. The two boxes of wine glasses were completely shattered and my order was missing an item that I had been billed for
I emailed them promptly. Waited two weeks. Emailed again. Waited a week. Called, cant reach anyone, left a message. Today us august 11th
So over month has gone by and I havent even gotten ahold of anyone

Non-existent service

On June 22nd, I ordered 4 sets of the Stretch Silicone lids and 3 other items. Two of the items were received on July 9th. I did not receive the silicone lids or the mason jar. I emailed Stokes on July 13, July 20, and July 27. I also phoned them on July 19 and 25. When calling, you are not given the option of waiting for a representative and must leave a voice mail message (which is what I did). As of today, I have not received a reply. Given my difficulty in obtaining any customer service, I will not buy from this company again.

Frustrated and annoyed with this company.

Placed an order and eventually (over a month later) received some of the items. With the order was a note saying that the main item was not in stock and a credit would be made to my account. Not sure why they felt they could bill for an item they didn't even have in stock. In response to my inquiries, I received five "ticket numbers", but no response and no credit. Finally had to get my credit card company to check into it and I eventually got my refund. Just not worth the hassle and frustration to try to deal with this company.

The worst of Canadian stores

I had an item arrive with a major defect (enamel Remy Olivier Pot). I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. Despite saying they'd get back to me in 72 hours at the most it's now been nearly 5 days. They deleted the warranty section on their website, they took down the email address for warranty related items. I heard this company is going bankrupt, and it's easy to see why.

ZERO STAR REVIEW

ZERO STAR REVIEW - absolutely atrocious customer service. I ordered an electric milk frother ($63) online, I received escargot plates instead (worth $5 a box, received 4 boxes). I have reached out to them COUNTLESS times and get NO response. No one ever answers the phone or returns voicemails, the *only* response I got to any of my numerous emails was that they were closing my ticket, since it was so old, and to resubmit a request if I still need assistance.

I spoke to a manager in store at my local Stokes and she confirmed this is so common, but there is nothing they can do in store to help me. I have to keep calling and emailing. I have no idea how this company stays in business. I have been completely ripped off and they do absolutely nothing to try and rectify the situation.
I have never in my life been more disgusted and disappointed in a company, ever. If I behaved this way at my job, I wouldn't have one.

If I could I would give them a ZERO! I wish I had read other reviews before I went and bought from them. Their customer service is horrible. They do not answer even during their business hours. When I email, I receive an automated response, and yes I get it it’s covid season, but if their customer service is out of commission then they should note that!! I will never buy from them again. All they are interested in is taking your money, and no customer service in place - can’t even report incorrect orders or broken deliveries. Stokes you have terrible online service!

Horrible customer service- I bought a bunch of items online and everything ALL my glass items arrived broken. The box it came in didn't even say fragile.
I have tried calling them many times and every time their 'Customer Service department is closed' even when I call in the hours they are supposed to be open. I got an automated message when I emailed online. I am never buying anything from them again and neither should you!

If I could

If I could, I would give them 0 stars! I ordered dishes over a month ago. 1 box shipped broken and 2 boxes didn’t come at all!! I have called and emailed over 20 times in the past 3 weeks. No response. No one answers messages and emails receive an automated response. I am so upset!!!! They took my money but didn’t give me my items. How do we get our money back??!!
This company is seriously despicable. I will never give them another cent.

They're great until they're not

They're great until they're not. Cute stuff, HORRIBLE customer service. They badly messed up my last 3 orders. I'm done with them. I just thought other people should know there's a chance they'll take your money, wait 3-5 weeks to answer emails about why your order hasn't shipped yet, they'll finally say they sold out of the item you gave them money for, they'll deny taking your money and send you a half hearted email basically saying "awe, that's too bad" and then just slip the money back into your account shortly after but only because you asked about the money twice. Then they'll send an email a month later asking for a thumbs up and a pat on the back for their customer service. OR it could go fine like my first 2 dozen orders. My last 3 encounters were enough to completely turn me off of them though.
