Excellent customer service when there was a problem
I ordered a Retro fountain pen and ink, having read that it would write smoothly and had a conversion kit for using with ink instead of cartridges, as I want to reduce plastic use. I was disappointed to find that it was not smooth at all, but scratchy and the ink didn't flow well. I contacted The Journal Shop and expressed my disappointment. I received a response that was clearly from a real human, who made some suggestions about how to improve the pen's function. When these didn't work, she quickly offered to replace the pen as it seemed to be faulty, but I didn't have to return it first. The replacement was ordered within minutes and arrived quickly. I'm pleased to say it worked well! I am impressed with this excellent customer service and will definitely go back to The Journal Shop for more lovely things!

The help I received from Carla was incredible, she was very nice and helpful, one of the best customer services I’ve had.
The help I received from Carla was respectful attentive and she helped me solve some issues as well as with the tracking since I was having trouble checking on the mail app.
