Item did not arrive - but fixed
Item did not arrive but The Online Pen Company very thoughtfully got in touch to let me know they had refunded me.

Having searched many many sites looking for the perfect visitors book, I finally found one on the Online Pen Company. It looks very expensive for the money and I am delighted.

Papermate Pen Refills
Needed to find refills for my old Papermate pen - quite tricky I’ve found. I can buy a pack of 2 from a certain other online site but I go through them so quickly I wanted to find somewhere that sold multipacks. Hip hooray! Pack of ten from Online Pen Company which arrived quickly and I’m delighted with them.

Always a good experience
Have ordered from the online pen company several times before and they always have good offers and prices, the choice of items, communication is very good and delivery speedy. The pencils we ordered are excellent and the price was great.

There was a delay in the product being…
There was a delay in the product being sent out to me. There was no communication from the company on the website. Or by email, I had to chase them up myself not the best experience for a first time buyer.
