The Sleep Shop Reviews

From ordering my Silent Night mattress to delivery everything went smoothly. I was contacted and told when the mattress would be delivered to your delivery partners and they informed me of a delivery date. Then 24hrs before delivery they gave me a 3 hour slot which was great. I would definately recommend. I also saved £400 on the mattress compared to my local bed shops.

Excellent product, excellent price, excellent service… simply excellent!

The w nen who delivered the bed base were very helpful throughout tge whole procedure and the base is an excellent match to the headboard

I bought a mattress and it was perfect and alot cheaper than elsewhere, highly recommended company.

Friendly customer service, fast efficient delivery.

I would completely recommend The Sleep Shop.
The staff in the Sleaford shop were friendly and helpful when my parents and I were looking at beds (and ordering one). There was a great selection of beds in the store which we were able to try out.
My parents were given a delivery date and received a call the day before with a time window which was very handy.
They arrived on time, the delivery guys were friendly, they took the old bed away and set up the new bed quickly and without issue.
Thank you so much for a really great service from start to finish from all of your team.

Lovely personal service. Beautiful cosy mattress topper.

Good service on order and same good service on arranging and delivering our new matress.

Excellent service and value from the Sleep Shop. We ordered a Reylon mattress and the Sleep Shop offered by far the best price compared to all the other suppliers we could find online. Their delivery and removal service is the best there is, and customer service is second to none. 10/10. Thanks.

We found the staff very helpful riendly and polite, there was no rush when looking for the correct item with everything explained and first class delivery.

Andrea was an amazing saleswoman and we ended up with the perfect product at a very competitive price. The 2 gentlemen who delivered and and installed them were extremely proficient and sensitive to our environment. I would thoroughly recommend this sleep shop
