Mattress purchased at a reasonable cost on line which was easy to complete and removal of old mattress was arranged at a reasonable price. Delivery and removal of the old one was efficient and quick. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I placed an order on a Sunday, and didn’t expect it to be processed until the next week.

I received a phone call a few hours later, confirming my order and booking delivery for Tuesday!

I wish more companies were this efficient and customer focused.

Ordering online my new mattress could not have been more clear or straightforward and a personal call confirming a delivery date estimate was a welcome bonus.
The busy 2-man delivery/collection crew from Northampton needed a 'little encouragement' to climb two flights of stairs to my flat but were friendly enough, called ahead and were on time.
Without hesitation, I would recommend The Sleep Shop.

Very good company to deal with. Salesman gave us good advice when buying our mattress and loads of time to try different ones, all with different prices. The delivery was also first class. On time, very efficient and making sure that no damage was done during the manoeuvring of this large mattress.

Even 1 star is too much. Kept my money, the mattress that never got delivered and thought it was good to do that. Honestly beware PayPal paid me back as it kept saying waiting for seller and they ignored it. Thank goodness I used PayPal you will lose your hair dealing with these lot.

I ordered my new mattress on the Sunday, got a call to arrange delivery on the Monday at midday and by Friday I had my mattress delivered to my front door. This could not have gone any smoother and I am delighted with the service and item that I got! Thanks!

Everything was great. The mattress was as advertised and the price was unbeatable. I received a helpful call after ordering online to make sure that all was ok and to give some advice for delivery as I wanted it delivered on a specific week. There was excellent communication regarding the order and delivery. when the mattress was delivered and the old one taken away, it was delivered directly to the room at no extra cost. I would happily buy from these good people again. Highly recommended.

From start to finish the service was exceptional, from choosing my bed and headboard to delivery and fitting together.
The staff were very helpful, and the drivers were great, arrived on time, fitted bed together, took away all the rubbish.

Had an abusive experience with the delivery drivers who called my husband a c*nt for asking to put shoe covers on, and then proceeded to damage the top of my stairs. They had no experience delivering sleep products.

The company now won't refund me for the damage or offer a gesture of goodwill or official apology without a building quote.

After already going back and forth with the complaint, this has wasted a lot of my time and they are just hoping that I will just forget this, so they won't have to take any responsibility.

Absolutly the best Mattress ever. Bought a Sleepeezee Cool Refresh 2300 Mattress and had the best ever sleep in years. The ordering process was flawless and the lady telephoned me to keep me upto date on the delivery. The delivery team telephoined me to confirm the day and time and rang me enroute. The sleepshop even collected my old mattress free of change. The supprise was thay they included 2 quality hotel pillows free of charge as well. Couldn't be more happier and highly recommend the Sleep Shop for quality products and service. Thank You!!!
