The customer service in the Sleaford showroom was excellent. The assistant talked me through all of the options available for mattresses and there was no pressure to buy. My purchases were a reasonable price and removal of the old mattresses was included in the price. Delivery was easily organised and went exactly as planned. Overall really pleased and will definitely use the Sleep Shop again.

The service from the Sleep Shop was great from ordering to delivery and priced more competitively than other online retailors. Delivery was quick from order only taking 2 weeks and the 2 man delivery team were polite and professional. Ordered a mattress, communication was good, delivery date and time agreed and adhered to and a very reasonable price charged to remove and dispose of old mattress.

Wasn't expecting the level of concierge service from just buying a pillow! Placed my order on-line (cheapest price for that brand of Latex pillow), then had a lovely phone call following my order to check about delivery days. The pillow arrived within a couple of days (as agreed) and then I got a nice follow-up personal email after it had been delivered to check I was happy with the pillow. What's not to like about that experience! Highly recommended.

I ordered a mattress + old mattress recycling on Sunday 14th December, received a call 15th December asking if I could take delivery 16th December between 9:30 and 12:00. The delivery took place 16th December at 10:30. The new mattress was placed where I requested it and the old mattress was taken away. The product, price, communications and delivery service were all excellent. Thank you The Sleep Shop :-)

I bought a mattress recently from this shop , not a big name but read the reviews on here , they were good so went ahead with purchase, received a phone call about delivery date the next day after I placed the order, delivered on time , well packaged , as experience was good i bought a 2nd mattress the following week

Our new bed was delivered within a couple of weeks, the old bed was removed and the new one assembled be two really nice men. They were pleasant and friendly also professional at their job. The bed, so far, is great it’s nice and comfortable.

A lovely chap from your team called to confirm our order and to advise that you offer a service to take away our old mattress and deliver the new one to a room of our choice - we thought this was great service! The delivery person was so helpful and friendly and we were followed up the day after to ensure everything was ok with our delivery. The staff were so friendly , I was informed when to expect my order of two single beds ,they arrived on time and were easy to build up , very pleased with them ,the whole transaction was made enjoyable by the personal service of the staff, Thankyou .
