Easy to understand instructions, and prompt payment

Excellent... Contacted the Pot Hole claims help desk, spoke to an adviser, she was very polite and very helpful, she explained over the phone the procedure and documents I would require to forward to Trinitylane, this was also explained in the email I received with my case number, forwarded the requested documents to Trinity, my claim was settled 3 weeks later.

Company laid out what they needed and were very straightforward and easy to deal with. Paid claim when they had the documents they had requested.

I can recommend. No quibble with my agreed value payment when I made a claim on my policy

You’re really good to deal with. However, the only way I knew my case had been resolved was that I was paid into my bank account. I think it would’ve been useful to send a letter?

When you're unfortunate to have an accident, it's only then that you see how well an insurance company/broker actually performs. I have to say my experience from the get go was 100% positive.

The claims handlers (4th Dimension) were sympathetic, kind and helpful at what was a particularly difficult time for me and moved my claim on speedily and efficiently without any drama. They were able to provide advice at all levels, pointing me in the right direction for different aspects of my insurance (helmet/leather claim, excess claim etc.) as I didn't realise more than one insurer was involved.

The speed at which my claim was resolved was nothing short of amazing and conducted without a single hitch. The reimbursement payments for the helmet/leather claim and the protected excess, were made within 2 days of me submitting them, with the full amount paid into my nominated bank account. Absolutely amazing service.

So in conclusion, am I happy I insured through BikeSure? You bet I am, and they have just got my renewal for a further year. I cannot praise all involved highly enough and I extend my thanks to all those I had occasion to deal with and speak to.

I called on the 18/02/25 to clam back my excess as I got excess protect call handeler was very good told me what I had to send and sent me the link quickly was easy enough to do I done it same day and the payment went in next day can’t recommend enough
