This insurance feels like a con. I recently had my motorhome stolen and when I looked my watch had been stolen with it. I then find out personal possessions doesn’t actually mean possessions I own it just means sunglasses, phones and hobby/camping equipment. This is not made clear on purchasing which is a real let down when you actually need it the most.

So thank you for making a horrific incident much worse for us.

Might I suggest you self assess and read the file yourselves. Overall I’m happy as I was paid in full the agreed value policy but it wasn’t really an easy journey. Now maybe some of that was me not fully trusting the process but a simple example is numerous phone calls to TL and NFU to get an email through. It took 2 weeks to resolve etc.

Well i have took an insurance out for my campervan through this underwriter this is on condition I fit a nano tracker which will be supplied free of charge and sent to my address. The problem is you are not insured for theft untill the tracker is fitted, I'm still waiting for the nano tracker to arrive. So basically if my van gets stolen I've lost £45000. I still can't get my head around this lots of sleepless nights a head waiting for the tracker to arrive. As the saying goes your insured till you make a claim.

I don’t wish to go into detail. The company knows what I thought of their service but they told me they had done nothing wrong so I doubt my comments would be acted upon. I will just say I was very disappointed.

Following the burglary and thieft of my motorcycle the telephone contacts with Trinity were efficient and helpful and a visit from their investigator arranged within 4 days. After the visit and submission of my statement the claim was setteled within 2 weeks with no issues.
