Absolutely outstanding service!
I had helmet and leathers cover with Trinity Lane and they sorted out my claim and paid in full within 48 hours!

Excelent dialog and prompt payment of claim

Had one phone call and they were helpful by telling me to send information about my vehicle with the excess taken off. Once I sent that they were amazingly quick at sending my excess which was protected back.
Very happy with the service I was given.

Really disappointed ,last year our insurance was 156 pound for 6 months as learner, nothing changed in circumstances all same ,learner driver has turned 1 year older, it should be cheaper than last one but Adrian flux is trying to charge 502 pounds which is way too much for 6 months. Strongly not recommend, its really disappointed,

I insured my classic Lambretta scooter with Trinity Lane Classic, I did this through Adrian Flux (Brokers) I called the insurers 15 days prior to expiry to ensure that auto renewal was cancelled and also to inform them of my home address changing, I have been charged £35 for informing them of my address change, the cost of insurance for the scooter for 12 months is around £90, as mentioned the cover was almost expired, so not very happy being charged £35 for nothing, how do people like this actually get business

From submission to the money being paid in my account was less than a week, the helmet and leathers cover really helped me this time and I appreciate how the team dealt with it

I had an unfortunate off from my motorbike so had a helmet and clothing claim. I filled out the form and sent off the receipts and photos on the Sunday. Had an email the next day approving my claim, and the payment in my account 2 days later. Hopefully I never have to claim again - but they were very fast and fair. For my experience, a credit to insurance companies :)
