Tom and John was very helpful
Tom and John was very helpful. They took 30 minutes after 5.30 shop closing time to help with my two phone orders. They were really helpful explaining to me the best options available. Very friendly team.

I have been helped by Laura before. Had issues with my phone and what's app. I thought go back to shop as great service. Hence loyal to Vodafone. Laura ask if I needed help, I did, I was worried about my phone being hacked. Felt unsafe. She checked my phone, worked out my issues that concerned me and put everything right for me and a double lock on what's app security. I felt so relieved I tell you and secure. Best employer of the month vote from me for helping me again, I am not so tech savvy, so need help at times. Thank you Laura..

I went into Vodafone in Birkenhead
I went into Vodafone in Birkenhead, Merseyside yesterday as I had lost my phone. I was greeted straight away by lovely Laura, who went above and beyond to help choose a phone that was right for me, and also helped set it up for me which I really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for Laura, she truly was amazing.

Laura today from the Birkenhead store…
Laura today from the Birkenhead store was absolutely incredible. Me and my daughter arrived to get a new mobile and Laura instantly stood up and greeted us and was very welcoming in assisting us with all options available with upgrades. She was very professional the whole time but also very friendly. She helped us find the best deals for me and family. Highly recommend anyone who uses vodaphone to use the Birkenhead store and find Laura.

Quick and simple resolution unlike telephone customer support
Arrived to speak to someone after spending nearly an hour on the telephone without success. Almost immediately Laura found a solution to our problem and literally walked out twenty minutes later issues resolved! Definitely that will teach me to go in store in future rather than use customer services

Excellent Service
We had a problem with our Broadband account that could not be solved by the on-line adviser. So we visited the Vodaphone store in Birkenhead center. The adviser we dealt with, Dylan, was friendly, knowledgeable, communicated well and dealt with a difficult issue effectively.
Excellent store with first class staff. Highly recommended.

Harri was brilliant
Harri was brilliant. Helped me to choose the right phone and SIM deal for my needs.
The less satisfying part of my experience was the length of time it took to enter all of the details on to the Vodafone system. It was very slow. In the end I think I was in the shop for an hour.
