Megan was amazing from start to finish
I had to leave my car in a garage not far away with no idea how long it would be.
Megan arranged for a hire car and reassured me that I would be able to use it as long as I needed it.
I kept in touch with Megan regularly, to give her an update, I had the car for over 2 months in the end!

Annie was amazing from the offset. There was no question too silly and she was able to guide me through the process to book. We booked a multivan for a Europe trip. It was comfortable and easy to drive. The paperwork was in place for travel with no problems.

It was easy to collect and drop the vehicle back off. There were no issues with either process. Our car was safe on the carpark too.

Great service and a lovely car to use for a week. Would happily rent from them again :)

Had a rental from Ben when my car was in the workshop and he explained everything clearly, was very friendly and approachable and couldn’t have been more helpful than he was. Definitely a credit to VW. If you need a car short term definitely give Ben a call and he’ll sort you out 100%!

First time I've ever rented a vehicle ,absolutely brilliant service , easy online booking and very competitive pricing compared to others around , car was lovely almost brand new highly recommend. Will definitely be back if I need a rental again.

I would highly recommend this place to hire a car. The service was first class from start to finish. I was travelling from abroad and wanting to hire a car in the UK. Peter replied to my emails before booking and travelling, to make sure I had all the correct documents. And Holly was also excellent when picking up, and dropping off the car.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward despite being relatively last minute. The car was also clean and well maintained. Pick-up and return were quick and hassle-free. Overall, the service was smooth and reliable!

My first rental with the business after being recommended by a friend. From start to finish the business was brilliant in helping me selecting the right car, making any adjustments and the vehicle was brilliant. Handing in the car was a nice experience and the deposit refunded within a business day. Would definitely recommend. Staff are a credit Shak and Dominic make sure you are catered for fully.

Didn't get the car I booked as promised there we guarantee the car you book or you money back claim is false.

John went out of his way to ensure the car was available following some unforeseen challenges. Car was lovely and the best priced 7 seater car i could find in Bristol.

The price was good and the car was fine and clean. No hassle collect and return.
