Cindi was great over the phone helping me diagnose some of the issues with our WhisperKool unit. She looked at all aspects of it's installation and performance and determined very helpful adjustments to the unit.

My WhisperKool 3000 didn't seem to be cooling well. I called tech support and Derek helped me diagnosis the unit and determine that it should be replaced. The unit was under warranty and he quickly facilitated a replacement and return process. His responsiveness and attention to detail helped me get a new unit in place and ensure my cellar was back to normal operating temperature.

Received bad part, but customer service replaced it without any problems so far.

Very helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Very easy to install and operate. Instructions are very helpful and easy to follow. This is my third Whisperkool. The first I inherited with my house and it died not long afterwards but it had been operating for about 5 years. I then purchased my second unit and it operated about 6.5 years and began a rather rapid decline to death. I'm now on my third unit and truly hoping they have resolved the problem with the units not lasting as long as they should for the price. We'll see.

Our house had an older WhisperKOOL wine refrigeration system that had been installed long before we moved in. That one stopped working so we ordered a new one a year ago. Within a year it stopped cooling and I called the service number. After cleaning the filters at the suggestion of the technician on the phone and that not helping, I called again and a service representative was out the next morning. He dismantled the unit and discovered a quality control issue (the welding done on the unit was not done well and the coolant was leaking). He replaced my unit with a new one and took the old one back to the shop so he could show the people who assemble them what they needed to be doing better.
I am hoping that this new unit lasts a lot longer, but know that I can call and get good help.

Within one year this unit failed. Wisperkool refused to honor warranty with the pretext that the my installer turned in post installation paper work with two incomplete entries

The unit was shipped with wires plugged into the wrong locations on the circuit board. WhisperKool reps were extremely hard to get a hold of, and although pleasant at times, offered zero solutions. Even made us pay for a new display wire because they said it was our fault when it was the manufacturers fault. Once the unit became functional, after spending $1,000+ for a local expert to figure out the issue, the drain line pump failed to work and leaked massive amounts of water on our new hard wood floors without ever shutting off. I never write reviews, although I read them often. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WHISPERKOOL. YOU WILL CETAINLY REGRET IT

My unit was a replacement and is my third one. Each lasted about 15 years and worked fine. I think the drain connection is an improvement. Response to shipping the unit was excellent.

I would give them 5 stars for their customer service, but not their product right now!? I've had issues I don't think I should have had, much less be responsible for..

Had the Whispercool 2500 for 45 days and all is good so far. Delivery was timely but it came as if the box had been dropped and one corner of the unit was bent. Pair of pliers and we were good to go.

I previously had a N'Finity 3000 unit that broke within two years of use. I upgraded to the WhisperKOOL Extreme 5000 and boy was it worth it. First off - it's SO much quieter. I don't hear much of anything when the unit it on compared to the N'Finity. Also it's more powerful so even though it cost a bit more it's not on at all compared to the N'Finitiy. Also love the bottle liquid probe - can't get more accurate than that :)

Purchased a replacement unit for my old Whisperkool 8000 XLT. Got a discount and prompt shipping, however one part was the wrong size. They shipped out a replacement to me and I got it 2 days later.

Excellent customer service. Questions were answered quickly and accurately.
