Seems to run more uniformly (less cycling) than earlier models - maybe it’s the bottle thermometer that I’ve not used before?

This is a replacement unit to the original which we had for 12 years. The new one we upgraded to a larger unit that was more appropriate sizing for our cellar. It fits in the same hole but is considerably deeper from front to back. We had plenty of space so there is no issue. We have the excess projecting into the basement crawl space so it’s not in the way.
The operation and settings are much more elaborate with many options and technology advances. It’s taking some reading and experimenting to learn the procedure for adjusting temp, etc.
One suggestion I’d make it to add some practical illustrations to the manual giving examples of when various settings would be helpful or most efficient to be used. Let someone other than your engineers write it😂

Cellarcool Cx4400 meets my expectations. Easy to install. Customer service excellent. But documentation to operate is poor at best

Shipping was on time, install was pretty quick, unit cools the cellar to 55 degrees.

Phone support was very good and the unit was shipped very quickly. It works well. Some areas for improvement are the manual, which says nothing about the air filters in the front and back, how to open up the unit to clean them, and how often to clean them. Also, prior to the sale, there was nothing mentioned about a side door to put pills into the water drainage system. Like most people, my unit sits at the top of a group of wine bottle slots and is completely framed in by them. No way to access this compartment. Would have been good to know that ahead of time or redesign the unit so that the pills could be put in from the front or rear.

Parts department was helpful and knew about my Sc4000i as I had registered my unit the next day I received it. After a few weeks of trouble shooting, my tech advised it was the compressor. It was a last resort for him because of the limited space to work on these units.

Compressor was still under warranty. After a tech invoice and picture of the unit plus 35 dollars the compressor was received within 6 days of shipping . Overall if it wasn’t because the unit took a while to open ( Rivets and limited space between parts) we could have figured it out in a few days. Didn’t help I was out of town for 9 days while this was going on. Left my AC on at 70 the entire time. Yes, my power bill was higher LOL.

There is no better wine cellar cooler
than Whisper Kool.
I had one that ran 24/7 for 10 years in Carmel, Indiana in a 2000 btl cellar.
Then moved to Longboat Key, FL and retired
and downsized to a 720 btl cellar.
I had an issue with it nearly 2 years later
And it was replaced under warranty
with one phone call!!
It’s quiet as a mouse is perfect for my application!!

Great customer service. Had to replace the cooling unit on a 28 year old wine cooler. The newer units are a little different size. The metal flanges that I needed to purchase as part of the installation didn't allow for the outlets so the cooling unit wouldn't slide in. I had to cut one of the flanges so the unit would slide in. I emailed WhisperKool just as a heads up and they responded and thanked me for the feedback. It would have been a very easy installation had the flange been notched to accommodate the outlet. Would have also been nice to get a refund on the flanges but i get it.....

Fast shipping, excellent customer service and communication. This replacement unit is easy to install and operate. The only change that I would ask for is if it could be offered in the original green color.

I recently purchased and had installed my third WhisperKool. Each model has been an improvement over the previous one. The installation by two of their employees went without a hitch and the unit is performing beyond my expectations.

Excellent service!. Ordered unit and came within the week. I highly recommend Whisper cool for myself and clients all the time. Nothing works as well and lasts as long as these coolers in wine rooms. Keep up the good work and great quality.

Excellent unit. Original unit lasted over 5 years. Replacement unit fit perfectly and was an easy installation.

Hard to reach them by phone, but once I did they were super helpful. Unit works beautifully.
