Took a little time but the problem was rectified. The unit was replaced

Excellent phone service to order unit. Fast shipping. Good unit was installed and functioning well extremely quiet.

Customer Service was very accomadating in resolving the issue with the drain. My disappointment comes from the noise volume. It is much loader than our previous model. The physical appearance of the drain line is very stark.

The replacement unit works well and was delivered on time. The missing information was the change in the model. I ordered the same model but it is different. The previous unit that failed had a drain option either front or back. Now the drain is only on the exhaust side necessitating a hole to be drilled through the wall to connect to where it drained on the cooling side. So that was not mentioned when I ordered it and perhaps should have been mentioned.

These guys were honest,reliable and knowledgeable.

My WhisperKool is like a beautiful piece of furniture than a wine cabinet. I have had several years of great service on this unit.

whisperKOOL is a trusted company who stands behind their products. I ordered our unit and was amazed at how fast we received delivery. That may not mean much to most folks but when you live where we do getting speedy delivery can mean four to five weeks.

We purchased a new WhisperKool wine refrigeration unit in Spring of 2016. Late Fall of 2018 we noticed that the temperature was gradually rising. We had our HVAC company come out to diagnose and put more freon in it which we thought was the original problem. After no change in temperature, the entire compressor went out and the unit was dead. We had to repurchase (warranty was for two years so we missed it by about 6 months) the entire unit and have it replaced. In their defense they did sell it to us for a reduced cost but very disappointed that the unit only lasted 2-1/2 years and it was $3,800.

I was impressed that when we last needed something from WhisperKool, it was with a previous company 13 years ago. Yet even after 13 year, they had all of our information and helped walk us through the process of replacing our old unit.
