I changed from being with Domestic & General as they were getting more expensive as I insure multiple appliances. I came across ZEST and went through everything online and then spoke to them on the Phone I was reassured that they would cover my items at a much lower cost . Now that was October last year and I have just had to use my policy for my washing machine, I was very nervous but from the moment I made the call to them it was a week and the machine part was ordered and it was all fixed . I would definitely recommend ZEST to everyone that needs household appliances insuring . Thanks ZEST

I was expecting to be in a queue for ages to report an issue with my appliance but my call was answered quickly and Alex was really helpful and direct.

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless, they are. Been without my washer for 6 weeks. 2 appointments not attended by them. Call to complain about them to be told I can have a new washer. No delivery for over a week. Dude finally comes but to the wrong address. Won't come to the right address as he "has 20 other deliveries". Over a week later, engineer finally comes to fit the damn washer, only to now tell us that work needs doing on our kitchen sink and it can't be fitted. If they had actually attended either of the initial appointments, I could've had that repaired by now and would now have my washer fitted. I'm absolutely livid! Avoid if at all possible!
Update: I have had the sink fixed on 21st Feb. I have made a complaint and am awaiting a call back from the complaints team. Furious that no appointment has been made to finish the install. Also, the engineer did not release the clothes trapped inside the washer when he took it! We've been without the washer for several weeks and Zest is not helping me.
