From reporting my fault with customer services to the engineer attending site I was kept informed and all promises of telling me when I would be contacted where kept. Janis the engineer was superb friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. His first repair did not fix the problem however following a slight delay due to having to order a part, the machine was fixed and working as new. Thank you

The booking system is lengthy for an engineer. It seems you have to speak to 3 people before an engineer is booked. The engineer kept in touch beforehand so I could tell him what I thought the problem was and he called me beforehand to tell me when he would be arriving. He fixed the issue and the dishwasher started working and stopped leaking.

Prompt response and when the Repairer concluded my American Fridge could not be fixed, Zest offered two other American Fridge other than the model that I had and because both measurements and dimensions of the offered Fridge were larger than my existing fridge and my cabinet will be too small for either of these Fridge that were offered to fit in. Zest decided to pay half of the cost for the same model of my existing Fridge.

I’ve been with Zest since 2018, and the reason I stay is the consistently brilliant service. Over the years, I’ve always had great relations regarding my replacements; they make it so incredibly easy to have appliances seen, repaired, or replaced without any stress.
My recent experience with Lewis was a perfect example of why this company is so good. He was incredibly friendly—truly a pleasure to speak with—and he was super knowledgeable about the fridge specs and the replacement process. He gave me all the info I needed with such a positive attitude.
It’s refreshing to deal with a pro who is both an expert and genuinely lovely to talk to. Thanks, Lewis, for making my replacement order a breeze.

First they covered my BEKO hoover appliance before NOW they cancelled the plan. Hate to use foul language after ageing and bad health and life is always very difficult in this day and age.
Would be nice if they come to an agreement and have lots of common sense to cover the appliance.
Received a call from the manager today apologising what had happened before and covered the BEKO hoover and later on few hours ago they cancelled the plan for no legitimate reason. Anyhow I would appreciate any help would do.
