Completed 35 hour CPC online course with 2Start training today, the course itself is fairly heavy going at times i would probably choose separate days in future rather than 5 in a row, our trainer Nicky certainly knew her stuff and put the content across in a way that was easier to understand, not an easy task keeping 15+ drivers to pay attention and listen all day, excellent work thank you

Just completed 5 straight days of training...35 hours of group CPC training online via ZOOM through 2Start Ltd. Our instructor Nicky was outstanding... she knew her subject knowledge well and engaged with all students. I learned so much throughout the course,I would recommend this company to all. I'm going to use again in the near future myself... Outstanding 👌

I have just completed my CPC training with 2 Start Training. It was good value and was conducted via Zoom. Nicky Hanson was the instructor, her delivery of the course was very professional, she also has an engaging manner and depth of knowledge which led to a very useful week in the classroom.

Just completed 35 hours of group CPC training via ZOOM through 2Start. Quite heavy going to do all 35 hours in one hit over 5 consecutive days but Nicky the trainer knew her subject and did well to keep the flow going. I learned plenty and would use 2Start again.

Completed my periodic CPC training with 2 start. Professional company I've used for obtaining and maintaining my licenses. I wouldn't go anywhere else as the company is very well organised and have great staff. I have just completed my CPC training with Nicky, makes the subjects interesting and even though I've held my HGV for 10 years, has taught me new information. I would recommend 2 start to any person wanting to get into the industry or are already in the industry. You do pay a bit more (not much) but you get a reliable, knowledgeable and professional service, well worth it in my opinion.

My experience with 2 start Southampton has been fantastic! My instructor was Adam Grant to who I can’t fault. My first day I was making quite a few mistake which Adam pointed out and he helped me improve on driving skills, also a great guy to speak to and gave me plenty of advice going forward with my HGV driving career which I appreciated. As the week went on I felt I was getting better and feeling confident for my test. I passed my Class 2 first time which was such a relief but couldn’t of done it without the excellent service I received from 2 Start and my instructor. Thank you very much!

I can't compliment 2start Southampton enough! I trained for my Class 2 licence with Adam G and loved every minute of it. Adam made the training interesting and fun at the same time. We got on very well.

2start and Adam make sure you get your moneys worth, pointing out things that you need to improve on before the test to get you through.

I would recommend 2Start to anyone and I will definitely use them again.

Highest of praise for 2 Start Training Portsmouth who helped me pass my Cat. C Light Goods Vehicle. I have given 5 Stars as every aspect of my training was to give me the best value for my money to the highest standards - professional training to be a professional driver.
The training center was neat clean and tidy with clean trucks parked well so my first impression was very good. I worked with two instructors Phil and Don. Their are two parts to the practical driving test 3a which is reversing the 30 ton DAF lorry through an S bend. Phil was very clear in his instructions and literally walked me through each step. I was very nervous but Phil’s approach and understanding enabled me to achieve a first time pass for section 3a.
The rules are that you must pass your reversing before driving on public roads as this is the hardest part of your training.
Don was my instructor for driving on public roads. Same approach listen very carefully to exactly what the instructor is explaining to you and if you follow the instructions to the letter it’s a win win situation for everyone. Your instructor wants you to pass but it is you who need to follow the instructions.
I made quite a few mistakes during my driving but Don helped me to work through each of these. His knowledge and excellent people skills were very impressive.
We had a very open assessment of my ability to pass my test which I took as very good advice rather than criticism.
I feel this was a very important step in my very steep learning curve while learning to driving a huge truck.
The DVLA examiner was very clear in what was required of me throughout the test and was very good at getting me to relax and enjoy the test.
That might sound weird but driving a 30 robber is amazing it feels very good to have worked with the best to help me to safe standard as a professional driver.

Recently passed my class C test at southampton. It was nerve racking however thanks to great training from Adam , left me feeling relaxed and calm to do what was needed to pass , great service and experience from all , would recommend!

My experience with 2Start was wonderful and professional from start to finish. They made the process of navigating how to obtain my C1 license an easy one. My instructor Adam was absolutely wonderful - I went in with serious confidence issues and came out a confident driver with a new C1 qualification on my first try. Highly recommend.

I recently took my Transport Manager national and international Road Haulage CPC course at the Portsmouth depot . It’s an intense course, with allot to learn. Joe and Nicky made the experience as enjoyable as they could, 2 start are professionals that know their content and the best way to teach their students. Without these instructors I imagine I would have really struggled. I would definitely recommend these guys if you want to get your money’s worth and achieve the results!

After over 18 years of driving Cat C I took the plunge and went for my C+E.
After arriving on the Monday (first day of training).. I was met by Mark my instructor for the week and after a quick licence check and a few minutes chat about my driving experience etc we went to my truck for the week which was a new DAF. After a walk round safety check with Mark and a few questions asked we completed the paper work and headed out. As we left the yard with Mark driving he was talking me through the characteristics of the truck and what to do and expect with the way it handled etc.... then it was my turn... I drove the first of my lessons on the A4 towards Newbury with the wide roads and roundabouts after the first hour I started to relax and feel comfortable driving the truck, having a 1:1 instructor not only telling me what I needed to do with vehicle, he also explained why I had to do these things this made me realise the techniques used would help me in the long run. After each day training he would identify what I needed to work on for the next day... Needless to say I passed my C+E on Friday thanks to him and all the guys at 2 Start as they all made me feel welcome and almost part of the team.. I would highly recommend 2 Start

Thanks to 2 Start Ltd for helping me to get my class C driving Licence. As a deaf person i found them quite helpfull and accommodative for a deaf person. They were quick to understand my needs and make reasonable adjustment to handle my disability to overcome my obstacle. During my training with them, Adam Garant has been my instructor. I thank him, his managers and All of 2 start ltd personnel again

I have trained with this company for the past year, in pursuit of my C+E licence and my experience was very pleasant. All the instructors are highly experienced, friendly and willing to support you through everything needed to pass your tests. The prices are genuine and listed on the website, which is handy to plan your savings for the course. All the office staff are on hand to help when you need them for booking any courses you require and help you get dates that are convenient for you.

Overall I had a pleasant time training and meeting all the instructors over the process of completing my licenses. I would highly recommend them as a company and am genuinely excited for the future.

I was booked onto a Class 1 course through CTP as i am a service leaver from the military, i am in a civilian job which 3 people have left last week, i had to cancel my course as i was unable to attend due to staff shortages, i gave 8 days notice as soon as i found out i let CTP know, what 2 start are doing is keeping peoples money that they have paid for tests no matter what situation you are in, this close to christmas and they think i have £115.00 to
throw away, do not book with these people as they are theives and will not return your money even if you are in a difficult situation, i either take the course and test and risk losing my job which i need to support my family or i give away my money to some company to keep. Disgusting behaviour, especially after serving my country for 12 years now i have to cancel my resettlement which i am owed all because i cant afford to lose money on a course i cant guarantee to be on because i have real life situations in this current time of life. Do not book with 2 start they will keep your money. What is more stressing i called 2 start and they said i have nothing to tell you call your CTP office and fobbed me off. 2 start should be ashamed.

Took my Class one at Worthing depot with John. I have to compliment the extremely professional approach of both John and the company with clear reviews and action plans written with me at the end of each day. The whole set up is brilliant. Far better than where I did my class 2. I would highly recommend this company and John.

I undertook the Transport Manager' CPC at 2Start in Hilsea. The class was led by Joe Vickers. Joe's delivery of this course made what could have been a difficult and stressful learning process extremely enjoyable and fun. I have since recommended my work colleagues to undertake the same course at 2Start knowing they will have the same positive experience.
