This was a great experience and well worth the money.
Adam did an amazing job of not only teaching me everything I needed to safely drive a cat C vehicle but also in boosting my confidence over the duration of the course and giving me the self belief to pass first time out.

I did my cat c at the Southampton branch, had Adam as my instructor he was very patient and clear with what he needed me to do and always happy to answer any questions I had in a way I could understand, overall excellent experience would highly recommend.

I did a week intensive cat C course at 2 Start Southampton, my instructor Adam was incredible very professional but very firm with the standard to drive at, and he was extremely efficient in getting me there. Very kind friendly chap who I would recommend to anyone looking to do an LGV course I passed first time and I’d put it down to the training 100%.

I used 2start training to get a refresher course as I had not driven a HGV Class 2 for 15 years. I cannot speak more highly of them. Extremely friendly and helpful, the lorry was in excellent condition and an automatic which was great. My instructor was Del and he was very knowledgeable and experienced. Del made me feel at ease and gave me some really good pointers and feedback. I am really glad I done the refresher, it has really helped my confidence after being out of a lorry for so long.

Had a really good couple of days with Adam, he was very knowledgeable and had a great way of teaching to get the best out of me. He was very easy to get along with and had a great sense of humour when teaching. Going into the test, Adam made me feel at ease, relaxed and had total confidence in me and my ability. All in all a great instructor. I would highly recommend him as an instructor and would recommend 2 Start Training to anyone who is looking to learn to drive a lorry.

Amazing training company just been through my cat C lorry license and the company were amazing from start to finish. From booking all my theory test online to keeping me up to date with my test dates. Was trained for the practical and cpc mod 4 by Nicky who was amazing in building my confidence and knowledge and getting me test ready for my first time pass. Couldn’t recommend them more.

A very good training centre. Nice and friendly staff, professional training and trainer.

I had a retest for Hgv Class 2 today.My instructor was Kevin who was brillant.He was very helpful, positive and never shouted at me, unlike my previous experience. With his help, I passed my test. Highly recommend him as an instructor.Thanks again.

The training given is first class! My instructor Adam was fantastic and put me at ease from moment one and as a complete novice was very welcoming. They made sure every avenue was covered and understood and that I was happy and I never felt rushed by them at any point and was even fun to do and to pass.

Really happy with how everything went from start to finish. Everyone at 2 start Ltd was very friendly and especially helpful! They didn’t mind being asked stupid questions coming from a newbie. Everyone at the team were great and especially Adam my instructor who helped me every step of the way and if wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of passed

I did say a blah blah blah excuse would be given. Nevermind, totally expected. I think you have totally missed the point of my review. You're absolutely right about the decision though,which I most definitely mentioned in my initial email. If I make a mistake I don't deserve to pass. My mistake was made due to following instructions from my training instructor. I have never driven an 18 tonne truck previously, so basically you live and breath what you get told to do. Anyway, enough of that because as I stated previously (again!) it isn't the decision that annoys me, just the appaling customer service I received (or didn't receive). You've blamed the examiner, and you've blamed me. Is there an ounce of culpability at all from 2Start? Why didn't someone have the deceny to phone me up? (now you'll probably blame the broker) If someone pays a lot of money for something then they deserve a good experience. Mine wasn't. So if you want to be nick picky, also I wasn't told anything on the show and tell questions about when you need a first aid kit(as 2Start don't have them in the truck) so when I was asked I stood there like a lemon (no comments 😂) and didn't know the answer. I was told I wouldn't get asked that. Also during training never once did I practice a stationary start from behind a vehicle, which I brought up the previous day and obviously had to do it on my test. My whole entire point is that if you pay that amount if money, everything should be bulletproof, you should be aware of every rule and regulation. This evidently was not the case, and before you say, yes I was deemed ready for my test by my examiner and I'm sure you've seen the training notes, ala deemed didn't need anymore training my test, so yes that is testament to Janet. I guess all of us were good but not quite good enough
Anyway, enough is enough. No more from me.
However, you might want to check your emails from time to time - there might be a bad review in there!

Completed my training today, the team at the Worthing branch was, and as always very helpful and good.
The last time I was with them was a few months and they still are as amazing a few months later. Such a friendly but knowledgeable bunch.
I look forward to see you all again soon.

1st time pass on the class c. Jon Carlisle in the Worthing depo is a brilliant instructor makes you feel relaxed and confident driving. He shared a fraction on his knowledge to help me get a 1st time pass. I strongly recommend this training school they are all great at the depo even done my cpc with them

Ian was brilliant. Put me at ease. Passed C test first time. Looking forward to doing C+E soon.
