Where to start - the service from this company has been EXCELLENT from start to finish. From the new home team (Holly & Ethan) who really guided me well in the initial advertisement, offer and acceptance stage - through to Alicja during the sales progression and completion. A special mention to Alicja who was simply FANTASTIC - went well above and beyond, incredibly sensitive to the situation / emotions of selling, and handled all parties with delicacy but in a clear and concise way. She is a real superstar. Overall, I cannot rate Boardwalk highly enough for an amazing service and can only thank them for getting the sale done with the minimum amount of stress.

Alicja Balec was in charge of making sure my purchase went through and boy oh boy she worked her socks off to make it happen. The most stressful experience I’ve had to date and I could rely on her to communicate with me quickly and honestly, she was incredible from start to finish and boardwalk are genuinely so lucky to have someone so hard working.

Had to find out my offer was unsuccessful by way of checking the listing myself to see it had been updated to Sold STC. No attempt had been made to contact me. This sort of thing can happen, I reasoned, so I rang Boardwalk to confirm. The agent on the phone said he didn't have the particulars and would get the agent in question to update me tomorrow as they were out of office. No such update arrived, even when I emailed the agent and asked for one. Prior to this Boardwalk had been prompt and communicative. This was a thoroughly disheartening experience.

After our first purchase fell through at the last minute, Nick and Ruby came to our rescue and found us our dream home. They helped us so much at every stage and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful for their support.

I started looking the week prior and hadn’t used a road walk a great deal but had 6/7 booked with Anna and was super super quick on the turnaround and had an offer accepted after the 3rd!

We recently moved house after quite a complicated sale & purchase process involving a 9-property chain. Rhia kept us in the loop the whole time and was super responsive to any questions, and she kept pushing up and down the chain to make sure that things did not fall apart.

Very pleased so far with the boardwalk experience! Rhia has been great at communicating through out and the boardwalk portal is great place to keep updates on your property. The photos the team took were great! I would definitely recommend

BoardWalk Agents are very professional in viewings, always on time, and exhibit excellent negotiation skills. They also show great patience when answering our numerous questions during the enquiry process. Especially noteworthy is Anna H, who is extremely professional and understands the expectations of both the seller and buyer, handling matters accordingly. I would love to work with them again.

Moving home is stressful (at the best of times), but my experience with Boardwalk was one aspect of the process that ran smoothly.

An excellent service, from start to finish. Rhia was a font of good advice, always responded quickly to queries, and, towards the end of the process, helped to hurry things along (much appreciated!). In terms of presentation, Boardwalk is head and shoulders above the competition - the photos of the property were lovely, and showed it in its best light. We would definitely use Boardwalk again.

Me and my sister used Broadwalk to sell our Dad’s house and Rhia did an excellent job. The whole process went very smoothly. The photos were excellent and Rhia gave us fantastic advice which resulted in us selling the house quickly. I would definitely recommend Rhia and Broadwalk.

Amazing experience with Boardwalk , had great communication from start to finish. Rhia was fantastic on the ball chasing everyone involved when there were some challenging times. Couldn’t recommend then enough. We were very happy over all!

We absolutely loved both of the photoshoots Owen did for Kip Hideaways, at our Architect's Hut and Skylark Treehouses. His aesthetic is amazing, as is his styling, and he perfectly captured the essence of staying at both. The owners of both properties were really chuffed with his work too, and we hope we can work with him again soon. Thanks Owen!!
