Came and gave us a valuation, very impressive, a reasonable valuation and quote for their services was given. I was told that we would then be sent some more info the next day, which 2 weeks later and despite chasing twice hasn't been received. Was keen to use you- but if your comms are this bad now who knows what they will be like if we were to sell with you!

I was impressed by the professionalism of the team at Boardwalk, who made the sale of our probate house a great experience. In particular both Ruby, who was tireless in progressing the sale to completion, keeping everyone on track to meet our tight schedule and Holly for showing empathy and realism in the marketing of the property. Interesting that Nick Stopard (Director of Boardwalk) took care to assure me that he completely understood the nature and facets of my house in a way that no other agent had done. In my opinion the valuation was spot on. Then the follow-through with Senior Sales Progressor Ruby Pomphrey was fantastic. Ruby at boardwalk was really great to deal with when we were buying our first house. she was always very speedy replying to emails and always updated the online portal.
She was always on hand with updates and always found out the answers to our enquires.

Alicja was fantastic throughout. She chased the solicitors, asked the exact questions I needed answering and communicated well with all parties throughout, keeping everyone up to date to make sure we were all on the same page. I suggested quite a tight deadline for completion towards the end and she definitely assisted in me sticking to that date. Friendly and open to questions whole way through. Would recommend!

Ruby was great - as we got closer to the exchange/completion deadline, she pushed to make sure everything happened in a timely manner to beat the stamp duty changes. She was friendly and communicative at key points in the process. Thanks Ruby!

Tom and Ruby in particular were always very friendly, helpful and good at communicating, which we particularly valued during the final stages when things can feel a bit stressful getting everything over the line. So we’re happy to report the business lives up to its excellent reputation.

Upon viewing the property, she had all the information to hand and quickly got back to us with any questions we had.
