I had an awkward shape outside chair. The design team went to a lot of trouble on the measurements to get it exactly right. It arrived two days ago on the delivery date they said and it fits perfectly. I’m over the moon with it and at a very reasonable price I can’t thank them enough and recommend them to anyone that wants a custom-made product.

From the moment I ordered the whole process was excellent. They were prompt in answering my emails and the communication was great. My covers arrived today and I am thrilled! They are such good quality - far better that what came with the chairs. They are exactly what I wanted. 5 stars all the way, would definitely recommend and use again

Best avoided . I ordered some car seat covers almost 6 weeks ago and havent recieved delivery . I have rang and chased them on several occasions with promises of delivery and calls back , none of which materialised .
Think very carefully before dealing with this business

Dealing with this company a nightmare. Very late delivery. Covers not made to the size I ordered even taking into consideration the allowance they advise of. I seem to have totally wasted the £200 I spent on them
They are not lightweight either but I can say well made

Unable to source ready-made cover so ordered bespoke cover. Took a couple of days longer than forecast but worth the wait. Cover fits very well and choice of colour blends in well. I ordered the best quality material and the quality seems very good.

Placed order and paid in full, they missed delivery date, did not inform me. Advised another delivery date, again did not inform me. Chased again after 6 weeks and they advised they have supply "issues".
Very poor service and no product delivered.

My main concern was the delivery date given at ordering and the actual delivery time were not the same. The covers took a week longer than initially advised. The online chat gave the same reason as others have had- delays with manufacturing.
However, I feel the quality and fit are good and I am pleased overall with the covers. I also feel the cost was fair given the amount of covers I ordered. Accurate measurements are essential and the covers fit well.

Excellent Service and excellent quality. Items arrived exactly when they said they would arrive. Customer Services are helpful and quick to reply.

Would 100% recommend and would use again.

They advertise as a UK company, but manufacture and ship from India.

My product did not arrive on the specified date that was outlined on my order confirmation. My UPS tracking link suggests it wasn’t shipped. Covers and All will not respond to online chat requests, nor answer their phones.

Awful service. Avoid and go elsewhere.

After having spent nearly £400 on a sail shade, I have spent the last week trying to get a resolution to a wind sail that has begun to sag badly in less than 10 months. Despite multiple email exchanges and photos and videos being sent, their ‘customer service support team’ have continually asked for more. It’s clear that they use delay tactics to exhaust customers to just give up complaining. I’ve contacted my credit card company to resolve as this team aren’t interested.

Absolutely fantastic service from the staff on the phone to the emiles, we had five Covers made outside table and chairs two fire pits gas bottle enclosure L-shaped outside seating area and a outside Bar the quality of the Covers are absolutely fantastic. I went for the first grade and they are more than Top quality and sturdy from the measurement to the design was done with breeze. I thought I’d measured everything correct but obviously I didn’t and the design team sent me a mock up of what I was measuring and helped me through the process, even at 10 o’clock at night, they pick the phone up and speak to you absolutely no issues whatsoever. Any issues I can see on here are probably people not understanding the process of measuring I didn’t even take the Insurance out because I was that confident definitely 10 out of 10 for me. I will definitely be back sooner than later.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have ordered cushion covers weeks and weeks ago and still waiting! I paid a premium postage to get them within a week that was a total waste of money, last update was they would arrive by 15th May…. Still waiting - tried to contact them again and no response from the messaging they want you to use

I paid extra for faster delivery but two weeks on the items have not arrived and the (useless) live chat has just told me it will be two more weeks. I am deeply disappointed with this situation. The order was quite expensive and I expected a professional service. It has not happened.

I purchased a set of blinds for 2247.72 and once they arrived I discovered the side channel was not the correct style for the blinds that were sent. I contacted customer service just to be told I need to send pictures and then videos of what was wrong. I did everything they asked and have been trying to get them to fix this issue just to be ignored by customer service. I now have blinds that look incomplete since the side channels will not fit. I would advise anyone considering this company to think twice since they do not stand behind any mistake they make and once you get the product incorrect you will be ignored until you finally give up and go away. I would highly reccommend not using them for anything they offer. This experience has been a nightmare and I will never contact them again. Don't let this happen to you.

I originally searched for a UK-based company because I needed my cushions made within a specific timeframe, and the delivery date they advertised matched exactly what I needed. My order was supposed to arrive on 18th May.

After initially receiving an email saying my cover was in production, I received no actual updates regarding my order status, only repeated promotional and sales emails advertising other products.

When 18th May arrived and I still hadn’t heard anything, I decided to call them myself. I was then told there had been “delays in production” and that the order would take another 5–7 working days to complete, plus a further 5–7 working days for shipping. The earliest expected delivery date I was given was around the 28th May, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering I paid extra for priority delivery specifically to avoid this situation.

I have also since learned that the products are being manufactured and shipped from India. During the call, when I asked where the order was coming from, I was initially told “abroad.” Only after pressing further and after a long pause did they finally admit it was coming from India. So in my opinion, their branding gives a misleading impression of being UK-based.

Really disappointed with this experience. Reliability, honesty, communication, and keeping your word are everything for a company. Unfortunately, after reading more recent reviews, delayed deliveries seem to be a recurring issue rather than an exception.

The order was made more than a month ago with NO unsolicited updates provided. Having a approached the twice, two similar emails have been provided with no excuse other than ‘delay in production’ and a promise of a maximum of 48 hours until dispatch (& that was more than a week ago).

Covers are NOT water resistant what so ever! I had a replacement sent out because the 1st one caused the furniture to go mouldy through leaking , last night first bit of rain onto the new cover and it’s wet through. So disappointing and such a waste of money as they aren’t cheap! Don’t buy

Just to add I have had no email what so ever, contacted customer service to see and they are clueless.

The tarpaulin looks very well made and at the moment very happy with it.

I ordered some made to measure clear tarpaulins , based on the images advertised, there was a few issues just trying to get our address on correctly as the site would not work properly on Apple Pay. Finally got it sorted with phone calls and emails.
When the product arrived it was not as described, there were only 1 hole in each corner which was completely unsuitable for the size.
The company were happy to replace at further cost!!!
I can’t recommend them at all, which is a shame.
The product was not as advertised and not fit for purpose!
