ordered two custom covers for a van conversion. I waited 10 past the expected delivery date. Once I contacted the "live Agent" chat, I was told 5-7 working days. waited again and nothing happened. This happened 3 times. same answer and they also refused to give me a phone number to contact.
I then searched the contact number after almost 3 months of waiting. They assured me it would be dispatched. after pore false deadlines. when it was dispatched the delivery address only had my town and country. GREAT! I then had to chase UPS and get this changed.

Honestly, spend some extra money and go else where. save yourself the headache.

Whilst my customer cut chair and table cover fits very well I am very disappointed to find that the seams are not waterproof which rather defeats the purpose as my furniture is wet after each rainfall

Great covers especially if you need it made to measure.. expensive but sometimes it’s absolutely worth it.. no fading .. heavy so won’t blow off totally waterproof. We have brought two covers now fast delivery. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Delivery a bit long winded but very pleased at my purchase . Well wrapped and looks a good robust quality cover....hopefully lasts a long time....

Be careful on sizing. Having read the terms I knew that there could be variations in measurements but what I was sent was around 5cm too small in length so useless to me. I sent the video evidence which was not accepted. I sent further evidence which I thought was pretty clear. They now won’t reply to my emails.

Excellent matériel. Fits like a glove. Delivered a couple of days early.

Looks good on our patio and will protect our fire pit from all weather and birds.

Please do not order from this company I order an item 2 weeks ago with delivery stating 5 working days
Requested a refund because the product still hadn’t been shipped then by some miracle it’s in transit and cannot have a refund
Absolutely disgraceful

Ordered at the beginning of April, almost August and still nothing. Delivery date keeps getting pushed back and back and back. I would never have ordered had I known it was going to take this long. Don't waste your money, order from someone reputable

These are the best covers I’ve bought. Very high quality and very reasonably priced. I recently ordered a cover for my Volvo EX90 having previously bought table, chair and BBQ covers. The fit is perfect and the quality first class. The cover took longer than expected but It was custom made and they do ship from the USA. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I ordered a custom sun shade from this company. It arrived at a significantly smaller size than the measurements I submitted. Despite paying for the extra insurance in case of mistakes, several months later I am still trying to get them to re-make the shade. Their customer service team repeatedly ask me for measurements and pictures which I have sent several times over. And still no sign of a resolution. Meanwhile the summer is nearly over. Very frustrating.

Avoid ordering from this company, I still haven't received my order a month after ordering.

I ordered some tarp on 16th June and I am sitting here on 25th July with my order "still in production". I was told repeatedly it would only be "3-5 more working days" and I still don't have any updates. Communication from Mark at Covers & All has been completely unclear on what the problem is an the timelines to delivery. Avoid avoid avoid.

Covers & All exceeded my expectations!
I ordered a custom cover for my laser machine at work, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I supplied them with my drawings, and their team came back to me a few times with questions to make sure every detail was correct. Their communication was professional, and once I replied, everything moved along smoothly.
The finished cover is perfect-it’s extremely well made, fits my machine exactly, and they even printed my logo on the side just as I requested.
I’m giving them 5 stars only because Trustpilot doesn’t let me give them 6!
I highly recommend Covers & All to anyone looking for a high-quality custom cover. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need another one.

Excellent workmanship and customer service, however delivery time was 2 weeks after the original estimate.

I haven’t yet received the covers so can’t yet comment on the quality. However the delivery times they quote are completely unrealistic. They quoted 13/07 for delivery. I have chased a couple of times and I just get a standard apology email saying there is a backlog. I think they are a US company (judging by the ‘apologize’ spellings (which I’ve seen a lot)! However the covers are made in India. To be honest I’m worried because this has cost me £320 and I still don’t have them after placing my order on 29 June! UPDATE: Finally received this on 28 July (just over two weeks late). Cover fits well and looks good and sturdy. I was also paid 15% of the purchase price back as an apology. So they need to sort out their delivery promises to more believable timescale, but I’m happy with the product

My new car has quite a small back seat which is a little oddly shaped so it was great to get a custom fit cover which fits well. It took a few emails to confirm the dimensions which delayed the delivery a bit but worth the wait to get something that fits well

They simply will not get anywhere near your expected delivery date.
Ordered 30th June. Expected delivery date was originally 13th July. Then it got moved to 17th July, still waiting for my order to even be dispatched (19th July today).
Won't be ordering from this company again, it appears they arent a UK based company either.

We ordered covers for our roof windows on 1st July, today is 19th July. Last week on 11th we chased and were told they had been dispatched. Today we chased again and were told they were still in production! Clearly they have no idea where our order is but have our money! Absolutely disgusting customer service!

Placed my order for replacement covers for outside. Brilliant both fit and quality. I think they are very well made the fit was perfect and the price was great. They arrived in good time I’m really impressed and will definitely use again. Thank you for great product and service.

Quality is excellent of both fittings and blind. Elongated screw holes on end pieces make fitting and adjusting the roller really easy. Didn’t realise you could see out during the day, whilst the sun is kept out.
