My covers fit like a glove, perfect.
I am absolutely delighted with my purchase.
I have purchased from this company approx 3-4years ago for covers for my patio furniture and they have been fantastic. Totally weatherproof meaning that I can leave all my cushions out over summer without having to put them away everyday. The covers keep everything thing dry and protected from the sun.
I have just purchased a cover for a sunlounger and I know it will do the job.
I totally recommend this company. The quality is excellent and a good fast delivery time. First class.

Great customer service experience, easy to work with , product is and workmanship is outstanding, l will be placing another new order soon. This will be my third order and the covers still look like new, and they have seen some extreme weather where we stay.

Turp patio side panels
We ordered turp patio side panels, made to order, very happy with the product, sturdy, good quality, made a huge difference keeping the cool breeze away in the evenings maintaining the good view as the turp is clear and only slightly creased so barely noticeable. It will do a great job in the winter too, protecting patio furniture from elements. Very happy with this purchase, will be ordering more for another patio

Watch out for this company
The whole episode and experience was a nightmare from start to finish, there was nothing good about it and then when I did cancel the order after 1 month of backwards and forwards they did not provide a refund straightaway.
There online platform is designed to be easy to order but impossbile to use once order has been placed and you have issues.
Steer clear of this company.

Excellent custom made cover for our BBQ. We ordered a bbq cover which would be a waterproof material with fixings, although expensive it is worth it. We added the ‘Assurance Plus’ in our order (well worth it). Take note when ordering as state would be made with a 4” leeway on measurements. In our case this leeway made the cover too saggy and long dragging on the ground. As we had paid the Assurance Plus, the communication back and forth with Simran Shah to get a replacement one made with much less leeway was excellent. The replacement bbq cover now fits and looks just right on our BBQ. Both parcels had arrived securely wrapped and easily tracked. Well done Covers&all and especially to Simran Shah with the communication making sure the replacement would be correct ⭐️

Be very careful. ! Easy to get it so wrong !
Initially I really struggled with ordering on the web site..and ended up buying just the cushion covers and not the cushion inserts.
So be very careful and make sure you order exactly what you want.
Then I placed a second order for the cushion inserts ...
Got an email to say they had been delivered which was not the case.
This started another saga!
Dealing with their AI customer service bot was an absolute nightmare.
It turned out that DPD had delivered to another house in my street..and no card through my letterbox.
I am reasonably happy with the end product.
Size of cushion did not exactly match the covers..but we managed a work around.
Personally I would not buy from this company again as it was a massive saga from start to finish compounded by DPD getting it totally wrong.
With the benefit of hindsight I should have just returned the original covers and got a refund....I literally wasted hours and hours on the cushions for four outside chairs!!!!
Which by the time it was all sorted I had missed half the summer...

Still waiting for my cover
Still waiting for my cover. Website says 2 weeks and after chasing I am told it is nearly double that due to a backlog. Meanwhile, my beautiful sofas are being messed on by birds. They don’t bother to reply when you fill in the contact form. You speak via chat, they make false promises to get back to you. So customer service is absolutely rubbish. If I’ve known it would take this long. I would’ve picked another cover supplier.

However my experience with this company has really been positive. I made some mistakes with my order, gave customer service a call and Dennis Varghese from Customer Communications was able to quickly help amend my order.
The cover arrived in around 2 weeks after the order's been placed and the quality was good!

Abysmal service
Update: 21/08
I was asked to contact the main company and did so providing as asked a video and photos of the packaging and labels. Got an email saying yes we’ll replace it, but alas today got another to say they’d reviewed video and saw nothing wrong with the item despite my countless emails photos and the original drawings they sent of a rectangle. Obviously I’ve gone through the looking glass here and the laws of geometry have changed, or somewhere in a different time zone a parallelogram is in fact a rectangle and I’m completely wrong. Either way communication with this lot is Kafkaesque.
Apart from having to wait over a month for it to be delivered because it was ‘in production’ it then was the wrong shape. Despite approving drawings of a rectangle it turned up as a parallelogram shape. To add insult to injury customer service is glacially slow and they seem to interpret my complaint and photos as an issue about wrinkles. If they read emails I suspect my frustration would be slightly less, but not much.
