Have placed two orders within a few weeks with this company. Very pleased with the order process and the quality of the covers. Used both to cover some existing pergolas in our garden for some rain cover. We fixed down with via the eyelets by using bungee cord and plastic balls and lancets bought separately. Delivery for both orders was very good considering it was shipped from India ! Our first order came via DPD and was unfortunately just left on the doorstep when we’d instructed DPD to put in porch. I informed Covers&All who quickly switched the courier to UPS and we then had no such issues. I was surprised to see the low 3.4 score on TP as I’d not previously looked before placing my orders. I have to say as I see it and the company were great, the ordering and options were very clear. You can even apply discounts to make your order cheaper.

Excellent service from ordering through to delivery. The online support with diagrams really helped to ensure that the measurements provided to Covers & All were accurate. The oval table and chair cover is a great quality and I expect the cover will last for many years to come. Highly recommended as a supplier for outdoor furniture covers.

They seemed very keen to get the design exactly right for me. The finished seat cover was made to a high standard and pretty much perfect.

This is my 2nd order within 3 years from this company. I purchased a different cover from a local store and it fell apart within 3 months of use because we had some intense heat this year.
My previous fire pit cover from Covers & all certainly stood the test of time considering it was out in every season for several years.
Eventually the fabric just became very brittle and hard to put over the fire pit. So it was time for a replacement. However I did notice even with my discount that the costs for custom made purchases has certainly shot up this time around. With this in mind I decided to ordered a different fabric quality. On arrival it definitely shows.
I didn't purchase the commercial fabric or the extra fabric quarantees either. Otherwise my order would have been over 100.00. So I probably saved around 50.00 even with the small discount available at the time of this purchase.
Time will tell, but I don't believe it will last as long as the previous commercial fabric but it will do the job of protecting my fire pit which was a costly bespoke purchase. With the fabric in mind I therefore knocked off one star because the quality of the non commercial fabric is significantly less superior & completely floppy fabric it's so different. So I'm just informing other future buyers this information in case they want to order a more superior fabric depending on where your item will be stored.
Delivery took a few weeks as it's made / & from China and a custom made puchase to my specifications.

Customer services told me they could make a custom shape so I ordered and paid. They then said that they couldn't do a custom shape after all so I asked to cancel.
Customer services tried to call me and email me to stop me cancelling and persuade me to keep the order for the wrong product and they won't cancel the order.

these are a well made product and can be made to fit the size you require. so far so good im hoping they will be hardwearing but we will see. So far so good.

Good quality product, and good delivery times, considering the blind was custom made. I'm looking forward to putting the blind up after painting the summerhouse. Many thanks for a good product and good customer service.

There was good feedback from the company regarding our measurements for garden furniture covers which led us to amend our order. This involved having to contact customer services who were helpful in changing our order. Delivery was later than initially stated and date of deliveries kept changing. Covers themselves are well made , only criticism is that the drawstring pulls on 2 of the covers are ineffective, only tightening a few cm of the base.

Excellent made to measure cover. I chose the middle option as regards the cover material and it is of excellent quality.

I wish i had never placed this order. the website is misleading - the covers are made in India, and take over a month to arrive. I am still waiting for my covers after paying over £500, my emails are answered by bots and the call handler cut me off after giving my order number to find out where it is.
I was also told, too late, that the covers are not waterpoof as the rain can penetrate the seams, despite their website stating " Made for British weather".
I would not recommend this company. Beware.

Perfect fit, quality and look

Ordered blinds in June. Received late, missing wall mounts & blinds wrong width. 'Resolution Team' absolutely useless, don't believe bits missing and making up ridiculous reasons why blinds are not right width. Now they are ignoring my emails. Stay well clear, product rubbish, customer care even worse! Take your money & run merchants. DO NOT USE!

The cover that we ordered fits very well on our woodstore, will be ordering another one soon.

Cushions good quality and the company helpfully sorted out an issue with the dimensions of the cushions.

Great care was taken over the design & very prompt delivery. It is of great quality & fits really well.

I’m really impressed with Covers & All. I needed a completely bespoke cover for my wooden log store and they were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

Before anything was made, they gave me the opportunity to proof the design, which was really reassuring. I was able to request several modifications, including changes that were outside their standard design options, and they were more than happy to accommodate them.

Communication throughout was excellent — they listened to exactly what I wanted, responded to my requests and made sure I was happy with the final design before it went into production.

The finished cover was made specifically for my log store and the whole process was far easier than I expected for something so customised. Really impressed with both the service and the flexibility they offered. I would definitely recommend Covers & All if you need something made to your own specifications.
