We have ordered from this company before and have been satisfied with the product. The site is easy to navigate. Now here is where the one star is dropped. Constant emails telling me that my order is beign processed, and are the dimensions right, just kept making me think I've got the measurements wrong. Ok small irritation,but there it is. Delivery was for Friday 4th, but that was a no show. We then started to track the package and it seemed to go in circles round a depot. Eventually got a notification that it had been delivered, either late Sunday, or very early Monday 7th. There was someone in the house all the time, but no doorbell was heard. Just one last thing on the packaging. The cover arrives folded, and yes it time the creases do come out, is there any chance of the cover being rolled? Will still order from this company.

Easy ordering process, quick despatch, but the quality of tarpaulin covers ordered has gone down. I ordered heavy duty custom tarp exactly as had 3 years previous, and the new one is much thinner and less 'heavy duty' than my previous ones. Still, overall whilst a little disappointed, happy enough.

We ordered three custom sail shades at the beginning of June which arrived at the beginning of July (a week later than estimated but that wasn't a problem). The quality and colour were exactly what I'd hoped for and I was excited. However when we went to hang them we discovered that they were too big for the space and therefore unusable. I thought maybe I'd made a mistake with measurements but when I checked our measurements and the measuring guide on their website I discovered that although the site says they will reduce measurements by 7.5-10cm per side that had not happened with our shades at all. We sent numerous emails and every time would get a different answer as to why we were the ones in the wrong and not them. We kept refuting their claims and backing it up with screenshots from their website. Eventually we gave up as there are plenty of other things in our lives which require more attention. I would recommend you AVOID purchasing from this company. I wish I'd done more research before ordering and I could have saved myself a lot of time, money and hassle.

Excellent custom cover for a pool-roller - made exactly to my design. Good value, and fits perfectly.
Was actually delivered 2 days early!

My order came within 21 days, not put it up yet to see if sized correctly, but on first inspection looks good quality and just what I wanted for my gazebo.

I'd give zero stars if I could... they couldn't read a simple 2d drawing and kept insisting it was 3d and kept quoting me prices from £47 right up to £375... The communication is diabolical they put words in you're mouth and constantly try to secretly upsell, I emailed them and said I no longer wanted them to deal with what I needed and wish for all communication to stop and since then I've been plagued with none stop emails... Please save you're sanity and avoid this company 🙏

Our order arrived ahead of the due date. The replacement furniture covers (with inserts) are made extremely well and look very expensive. The colour is beautiful and they are of a good weight. Our only regret is that we didn't order in a more expensive option of fabric. The slightest drip of water or food crumb immediately permanently marks the fabric.

Having purchased a new car the thought of putting a muddy wet dog in the back filled me with dread. I purchased a cover for the rear seat thinking as I entered the measurements that this was going to cost a fortune. How wrong was I. It was reasonably priced, great quality and quick delivery. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time ordering from covers&all and I chose to order a custom made cover for my new garden sofa, I sent my measurements and waited with trepidation that I had got them, when the cover turned up did it not only fit perfectly the quality was outstanding. I will ordering another cover for my cushion box.

Ordered a garden corner sofa cover. Sent original measurements but was advised that there was a better alternative cover design so we went with that. Then over the next couple of days I sent measurements and then had a couple of mock ups sent which I would check and alter certain measurements. Eventually I gave the go ahead and a week later my cover arrived and the fit is brilliant! Great communication regarding measurements and design, great fast service considering it’s made to measure and I really like the quality. This is the third cover I have ordered so that tells you that I am very happy with the quality, design and service.

I wasn't sure how to measure the item j wanted a cover for, so I rang the helpline,which is 24/7, to ensure what I had done was correct.
The cover is very good quality and fots perfectly.

We have a cover that we ordered from this company last year and it still looks good despite being left out over the wjnter.

We had a very complex shape, for a wood fired pizza oven and bbq combined. These guys provided great draft pictures and measurements along side my photos and amateur measuring skills and querying where needed. The end result is perfect. Good quality covers.

Choose what's needed from the options on the internet and pay. The items arrived later than expected and arrived from India in cheap packaging (hence only 4 stars). The outdoor furniture cushion covers are a nice quality and well made. They fit really well and make the cushions look like new. Very pleased so far and have ordered more.

Ordered covers still not arrived 4 days late and unit it was for is ruined but customer services team are rubbish and don’t understand, please don’t use this company it’s painful and should be shut down

I ordered a bespoke sized sun shade sail, the website was intuitive and clear and easy to navigate.
It was not entirely evident that the product would be made in India but it did arrive in about 7 - 10 days.
The product is well made and as described, overall very happy with it.
