Ali was most patient and understanding throughout our very long but necessary conversation. We went through a number of stages and at the end of each stage advised mr to hold on whilst she fed information onwards and then calmly moved onto the next stage.

Very helpful went through everything with me answering all my questions

My circumstances changed, going from a landlord with a tenant to my daughter moving into the flat without a tenancy agreement. I tried to look for insurance for fixture and fittings only (she has her own contents insurance and the building is covered by mgt fee) but got into a pickle as I’m not her landlord but I’m not living there. After several patient phone calls with Alison we came up with a policy which I think suits my needs
