Ally was friendly and she offered a great service. She took time to explain the options clearly and was very knowledgeable about the content of insurances available. The information given by Ally helped me to make a good choice.

Although the broker was not responding to my query, Ali was great in explaining the changes their end. She was incredibly patient and came up with a competitive re quote.

I called after finding the insurance details in my late father's files for his rental properties. Kendall was great at finding all the existing details so I didn't have to provide them all over again. We were also only able to pay by cheque, and this isn't a normal method anymore, but was accommodated. Even provided extra time to get the cheque signed by all of us. So far, so good.

Kendall was efficient and thorough in renewing our Block Policy and all was good despite a difficult line.

Very poor experience with these people. They have increased our premium by 50% this year and then announced to us when we challenged this that they would no longer cover us as the building had one owner occupier. I found the call handler unhelpful as she was not prepared to listen to us and in particular our issue with providing renewal terms but not in fact being able to offer cover. Perhaps we need to raise this with the insurance ombudsman. It’s a shame as we had been with them for many years.

I dealt mainlhy with Ella and James (and, briefly Patryk), each of whom was unfailingly polite and helpful, rang back when they said they would, and showed considerable patience while I was making up my mind.

Been with them years, great renewal quote this year, phone operator had to go through whole portfolio this time, but did it efficiently and was a pleasant conversation. UK based and easy to speak to, if you do ever need to ring.
