I used this company because they have always given a good price for multiple houses for rented properties and they didn't fail this time either. Christine was particularly good as she led me through the process after a bereavement forced me to take over multiple proprieties. There were a few glitches due to technology but staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Nearly 60min on the phone - and what a great experience! Jamie really listened to my needs and made all the possible efforts to find the right landlord insurance for me. Ended up with lower policy fee than for the previous year.

Discount insurance has been the most frustrating and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They were unable to complete basic tasks such as sending me my insurance quote despite me calling them 5 times to follow-up. They also got basic personal details wrong. I was given vague excuses and apologies. I I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to complete the simple task of getting my insurance quote. I called 5 times over the course of a 4-week period to get my insurance quote and I never received it. Every time I called, I waited 30 – 60 minutes to speak to someone. I have now gone with another insurer and should have done so sooner. They were not able to complete a task as simple as sending me my insurance quote, I can only imagine how difficult it must be to get a claim looked at and approved. Going with another provider is the best decision I have made for my business.

I received an email reminder to renew my policy which was useful. It took a couple of goes to get through on the phone, but once connected Ali was very helpful. As the underwriters had changed I needed to go through my details and what I required from a policy. This took a while (60 minutes) but it's the first time in 10 years, so hopefully I won't have to do it again for a while.

We renewed our landlord insurance with Discount Insurance but needed to change the name on the policies. We spoke to Ali who was a great help in going through all our requirements. She made everything so easy for us to understand. Her personality was so nice. She was so friendly and helpful.
