I ordered a fabric hat off of this site. They sent a cheap knock off nylon version instead. I had pictures of what I ordered and of what they sent and they said they would give me 50%. Then they said I only paid half of what I did, until I showed my receipt. I have argued with them for over a week and a half and they are still lying to me.

This company is a scam. Item arrived damaged. Replacement arrived damaged. Months for item to arrive and another month for the broken replacement. They refuse to refund. Do not buy from these crooks.

Update: They made it right!
When I received the product from the company, we were very disappointed. It wasn't what the website said it would be. At first they only offered a minor discount or coupon, but ultimately they credited us back the purchase price. So while we still didn't get the product we wanted, I have to give a lot of credit to the company for refunding us. that's good customer service. So I'll give them a C rating for that.
Their product is absolute trash. It appears to have been made by a kindergartner with pre-cut material and elmers glue. It doesn't match the description in any way. When I reached out for a refund their offer was awful.

I feel like the product i received was another Facebook scam. They made the vase look like it was 12 inches high and when I got it the size was laughable. About 4 inches. I will never buy anything from them again and I will let my friends know.

3 months to Deliver!
Ordered my product in April and never received. Sent multiple emails that were never answered. No way to reach a live person.
Eventually, got an email stating they are working on it.
UPDATE: I raised my rating to 2 stars, because after 3 long months my order arrived today. The product was as described and I like it. Unfortunately, I will never order from here again due to extreme delivery delay and difficulty to reach customer service.
