Outstanding!
The customer service is outstanding! The item I ordered did not arrive on time. Once it was determined to be lost in the mail, they offered a refund or replacement. I chose the replacement. They communicated with me during the entire process and I received the replaced item within one week. Also, they gave me a discount on future purchases. I am extremely pleased and will order from them again. The item ordered was perfect and worth the wait!!!

I ordered the solar flags on May 3rd…
I ordered the solar flags on May 3rd and have still not received them but they took the money out of my credit card and were paid, I guess I'll never receive them so I'll have to call my credit card and be refunded. Im very disappointed with their customer service and would not recommend this company to others.

Received a fake tracking number, emailed company, never responded. After the fact of already making purchase, Google search reads "shows significant indicators of being a fraudulent or highly unreliable website".

Replacing damaged item
I received my order that was damaged. I contacted them and received response very quickly. A couple of emails later (attaching pictures) a replacement was sent out with no hesitation or issues.
