The company will not refund your…
The company will not refund your item...even before it ships because they wait until after it ships to respond to your email telling you since it has already shipped you cannot get a refund. After telling them I do not want store credit but a full refund they tell me to give them a 5 star review to compensate their loss. This is a scam!!!! The product it also not worth the price. It looks cheap and looks nothing like what they are advertising!!

Great product and even better service
Luna has been the best customer service representative I have dealt with in a very long time. She stuck with me from the very beginning to the delivery of all 4 charms. She was patient, informative, and gracious. I am so pleased with the charms (quality & color) and might order more next year.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. TOTAL SCAM
If there were negative stars I would give them. I waited over a month for my item to arrive. When it finally got here, it was the wrong item. I contacted the company expecting a quick resolution. Not even close. I am told the item I ordered is out of stock. They are offering a partial refund or store credit. They have nothing else I want. They are refusing to give me a full refund. Let me repeat they sent me the completely wrong item. So after a week plus of getting no where I went to PayPal. Well They are offering to give a full refund after I pay to ship the incorrect item back. It should not cost me anything to get my refund. Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. And the product I did receive looks extremely cheap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wrong item shipped
They sent me the wrong item that I ordered and were not going to give me a refund on it. So I sent several emails and Daisy was very helpful in talking to her manager and making sure that I got a full refund including shipping for the product that was now out of stock. I encourage them to let the customers know if a product was no longer available instead of sending a substitute item which is not acceptable.

Absolute trash products
Absolute trash products advertised with AI photos. Also Owner gets NASTY when confronted making mean threats and so I am not using the same email I purchased under lest my charge back fall through.
