Junk Chinese Products - Do Not Buy
The product received was junk and not at all like advertised. Expected was a dragon advent calendar with 3D figurines that could be hung from a Christmas tree. What was received was cheep thin plastic with poor screen printing made in China. Customer service started poorly with them trying to make me pay for return shipping or just a 20% refund with no return. Pointed out the false advertising on the web site. Took multiple rounds of emails before they fully refunded the product. Every email they removed previous emails from the discussion to try and cover up. Customer service rep (Daisy) tried to say I had to give a 5 star review in order to get the refund. I give 5 stars for their customer service just for their determination at trying to pass off a known junk product and not have to refund. I give zero stars for the junk product. I rounded down the average.

False advertising
The item they sent me is nowhere near what they advertised on their website. When I asked for a refund they gave me the runaround trying to give me a discount on my next order instead. When I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted a full refund they told me I’d need to pay to send the item back. Also unacceptable. They didn’t refund me until I got one of their managers involved who said she would refund me only if I gave them a good review here. They’re trying to manipulate their ratings.
Edit: the company has contacted me AGAIN to pressure me to edit my review to manipulate me into giving them a better review. They’re harassing me at this point. Don’t shop here.

This was horrible! I ordered a Pug Advent Calendar and got some cheap plastic Cow thing that was definitely not an advent calendar. It took a month to arrive. Paid 40 dollars for something that wasn’t really even worth 40 cents. Total scam!
Update: They lie. Customer service doesn’t help you. They try to get you to keep whatever item it is that they decide to send you and give you a coupon to order more of their crap.

Customer service response to a question. I sent an email question in earlier this week and they responded within minutes and after explaining the problem, they refunded me 2/3 of the price and rectify the problem. Customer service was great.

Well I placed an order on 9/20 and it was suppose to ship out 7-10 days then be delivered within 10-15 days. It was already 10/11 and the product still did not ship. It was a little ghost and after going back and forth with customer service, I just wanted a refund. They tried to offer me more money to pick out something else but I was told that the ghost was hand crafted. I thought that was odd. Finally got my refund if I promised to give 5 stars.
