Quick response time
I was impressed with the very quick response to my email concerning the fact that hadn’t rec’d our pkg. She let me know that the shipment had been split into 2 parcels and that we should be receiving it soon along with the tracking info. We were concerned that we weren’t informed at the time of ordering that it could be a very long wait time. It took over 3 months to get it!

Terrible, terrible quality. Now that I have the actual product in hand, I can say for certain that the photos on the website are AI generated lies. I bought the set of "pocket hugs" ghosts, expecting cute little smooth rounded-edge ghost figurines like shown on the site. Instead they are made of thin flat acrylic sheets with the graphic pasted on the back. They look awful. And they were expensive too. What a scam. I probably could have found better quality on Temu at this point.

Scam.. false advertising and junk
I purchased the Seahawks glass decanter online. It looked gorgeous. It appeared to be made of a heavy glass with the glass being three different colors. It took more than a month to receive it. I was about to call my bank to cancel the charge when surprise surprise… I got a notice it had been delivered. I went to my mailbox to get it … excited to know it finally arrived and when I picked up the small box, it was so light, I thought it was empty. When I opened it, I was just filled my eyes and thought to myself…. You’ve been scammed. The decanter looks nothing like the photos. It is mate of an extremely thin glass and the color that appeared to be the color of the glass was actually painted on. It looks like a five year old pained it, and likely did. It’s from China after all. I wish I could post the as photo and the photo of what I received. Do not purchase anything from this company. It’s false advertising and a scam. I wouldn’t pay a dollar for this thing. I tossed it in the garbage !

Do not buy from this company!
I ordered 2 large stained glass items in the shapes of pumpkins and ghosts from grace decors and they finally came nearly 3 months later with small cheap plastic replicas that are badly spray painted. Do not buy from this company. They were like $33 each and the quality is like something you would pick up from the dollar store.

The quality of the items I received is…
The quality of the items I received is a joke. They are advertised as beautiful glass looking pieces, but it's cheap printed or painted plastic. The fact that these are listed as $60 is absolutely insane. I didn't even mind the shipping time, but my items look TERRIBLE. The sun catchers are blurry prints on plastic. I don't even know how the sun is supposed to shine through them. The lamps I ordered are horribly painted plastic that look nothing like I ordered. I would never order from here again. False advertising of products, and it feels deceptive to advertise like you're a small business while clearing mass producing garbage products abroad.
Edit: I have reached out to the seller who is trying to convince me to remove my review and close my PayPal dispute case before they will give me any sort of refund. Just a heads up for anyone else they try to do this to: PayPal says you can't reopen a dispute once it's closed, so the seller is trying to deceive you to drop the case.

I ordered a decanter from them August…
I ordered a decanter from them August 8th after seeing an add on Facebook. It finally arrived September 9th not a huge deal. I was confused when the delivery notification said it was in my mailbox since our mailbox is quite small. However it was in fact in the mail box. The product advertised showed the decanter next to a standard bottle of whiskey, it might hold 1/3 of the bottle… maybe. It is cute, and very unique but not very functional and not what I expected for the price. This is what would expect when ordering from SHEIN but at least SHEIN reflects the quality/size with the prices.
