I have sold two items from early January and all of a sudden they now ship to Hong Kong and Australia, delivery alone cost me £75 per item. I’ve not been paid yet, they stopped responding, it’s disgusting how they’re getting away with this. We must report them so other people don’t fall victims! I’ve read some of the reviews here and my heart sunk!

Zero Stars - awful
I placed an order for a pair of Hermes sandals. Before I ordered, I was promised next day dispatch.
I place the order, no order confirmation was received so I messaged the Hewi whatsapp number asking to check it had been ordered - no reply on this question. I followed up the next day, I got a "we will look into this" response. No response. I follwed upagain - no response. I leave it 3 days, still no response or order confirmation received. I message again (by now i am very worried i have just spent £600 and have had no response, order confirmation or delivery) 3 days later threatening to escalate to Trading Standards if a response is not received.
I finally get a response saying once again "I will look into this for you". No further response. So I have to follow up AGAIN! Finally I get a reply saying they were shipping my sandals today (being 6 days after the date of ordering ad 5 days after the date they promised to dispatch my item). They blamed a hold up at the courier, together with the bank holiday. However the main issue from my perspective was the simple lack of communication and responses to my follow ups.
Absolutely terrible company - will never use them again

I purchased a item and it was lost in shipping. I am after them to refund but they are making excuses for more than a month. Very bad experience. Pls do not buy from them. Fraud

Do not reply to customer care emails, return button does not exist and item arrived damaged

I sold a pair of Chanel sandals almost 3 weeks ago and still haven’t been paid. I have sent numerous emails but have as yet to receive a reply. I have quite a few pairs of shoes on there website for sale, I think I’m going to remove them. HEWI, Why are you holding on to my funds??? NOT HAPPY 😡

I placed an order on HEWI and paid £290 for a designer necklace, but received no notification of the order having been shipped. When the item then arrived it was immediately clear that the necklace did not match the photographs they had used to list it on the website, as the item I have been sent is a very obvious fake. Since receiving the fake necklace I have been contacting HEWI multiple times by email and website messages, but have received no response whatsoever. The fact that it says 'premier customer service' on their website is an absolute joke, as there seems to be no customer service communication at all from this company. It also seems to be impossible to contact the HEWI seller to request a refund and find out how to return the fake necklace. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. It is diabolical that they can dupe people into making a purchase in good faith, only to be sent a fake item with no response from the company whatsoever. I should have heeded the online negative reviews and avoided HEWI. There is something very wrong with this company. Misleading product images, untrue claims about authenticating items, zero customer service, no way to request a refund - it absolutely atrocious. AVOID this company like the plague. They are fraudsters who should not be allowed to trade.

I bought two ski suits marked Never worn on hardlyeverwornit.com for £588 and £448 respectively. However, both of them were old and dirty. One was not washed at all, and the other had signs of washing but the stains were still there.
I contacted customer service as soon as possible, and they didn't even think they were wrong. They only accepted the return of the items and refunded them.
I believe there are too many fake "Never worn" on their website. If the buyer finds out, they will return the goods. If buyer don't find out, they will deceive buyers. This is not a company with business ethics.

The most explosive thing is that the £588 one was them bought from Harrods for £339, and they forgot to remove the label. That is, it was bought at Harrods for £339, they worn dirty, and sold to me for £588 and the website marked Never worn.
Ps:The staff admitted that the clothes were shipped under their custody.

I sold something recently on hEW . They haven’t paid me yet and it’s nearly 3 weeks . They are supposed to pay me for my item after 7 days of it being sent . I am owed a lot of money . I have sent them 3 emails and they have not responded once . I have messaged them and they said they would pay me but still haven’t . Their customer service is dreadful . Don’t sell on this site . I’m contacting trading standards today to report them

No customer service. No repjy. Want to return something. No instruction. No reply on phone.

I love the UX of the site but having purchased my first item, I've just had notification that it left the UK nearly 4 weeks post purchase.

Horrible, please avoid this company and go with Vestiaire instead. I paid for my dior items over a month ago, send many emails asking for help. I got no answer. No, after two months after my purchase I got an email they send the items.I no longer live in the same country. I am so mad, no communication, no answer. Lost a lot of money. please plaese please avoid

Appalling bought dress on May 6th. No sign. Sent screen shot of order and payment. No reply. Tried number following day it just rang and rang. This dress was for my son’s wedding . Refund please

Please DO NOT USE this website! I purchased something 2 weeks ago and despite the terms and conditions stating items will be dispatched within 72 hours I haven't had a dispatch notice and there's no way of getting an update. Maddening as I bought the item for an event that's now taken place. Their telephone directs you to a WhatsApp chat that is answered by a bot (and does nothing), and their online messaging service via the website goes unanswered (I've tried five times and not a single response!). The accounts team finally answered me when I contacted them via their payments email but they haven't provided an update either. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN by the shiny website and lovely stock - this platform is not safe and needs to be avoided at all costs.

I wish if I could give less than 1 star . I read the reviews before dealing with them and every review is right about this company . No decent communication and they keep changing prices . Someone gives you a word and agreement then after that someone else gives you a different more expensive deal . After 2 days trying to communicate with a trusted someone , I was told that the items I liked and ready to buy were sold . That was a waste of time and please don’t waste your time with this company .

Awful customer service. Purchased an item worth nearly £5,000. It’s been nearly a month, item hasn’t shipped, no communication from seller and 4 requests for a refund and still no communication from HEWI customer service. This is an absolute joke. At this rate I will have to claim for interest for withholding my money! Avoid HEWI especially for high value items. A refund shouldn’t be this complicated.

My order never been delivered or sent out to me from the 28/4/25 and still haven’t received anything

This company has serious payment issues, and compounded with their appalling customer service. I returned an item and they did not bother to pick up from customs, held onto my money for four months. Wrote to CEO, who does not even have common courtesy to reply with an answer/explanation
If you use HEWI beware that you could never get your money/goods

I have sold an item from hardlyeverwornit, but I didn’t receive my payment . And I send email, chat by WhatsApp, no response. I have tried to call them but no one answers phone. So I think they may have problems or financial issue. Don’t sell your item from them as they never pay.

I must say that this on line platform has the worst customer services and finance department. Trying to get them pay for my two items sold is taking me now for 4 months. Each time if I manage to speak to customer services they tell that I would get paid in 24hrs as they escalated the request. Nothing happens. I e-mailed their finance department and was not even replied.
It’s time now for me to escalate to small claims court or TSA as I cannot get my money from this organisation.
