So, up until this point has been relatively straight forward, as is the case in the modern world, lots of apps, emails etc etc but have now got an appointment within a week so fingers crossed...
there was confusion over phone numbers and i missed the call, but was booked another appointment straight away. Good call and referral sent through straight away
