Had a phone call with someone
Had a phone call with someone, they had a very strong accent which was really hard to understand. I was embarrassed that I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. It didn’t help there were kids screaming in the background. Basically answered a load of questions and was sent a link to physio. Had to go through all the same questions for that.

The initial consult with virtual Lucy…
The initial consult with virtual Lucy was excellent. However the communication after wasn’t great. The wrong hospital in another county was booked and also when finally got that changed getting the referral letter was extremely difficult.

Video tutorial is good , but cannot run video while using timer . Timer cannot be paused and resumed later.

I was expecting a treatment plan/care pathway but instead got told to do a few exercises as this would prevent me incurring any costs!
Total waste of time, not sure what I'm already paying for if any medical advice is subject to additional costs!
