It was very refreshing to have an stress-free experience when it comes to moving house. They were really helpful on the phone and via email and our viewing was great. Can’t recommend more.

They have introduced a new AI voice assistant. The robot will dial you multiple times a day asking if you want to be connected with an agent. Afterwards YOU have to wait on the line in a queue to be connected after the assistant reached out in the first place!!! I have tried to be removed from the calling list 3 times and it is relentless. Spams you with SMS too. Really bad system! Avoid!

I just wanted to thank Molly, who guided me through my Apartment viewing last week. Firstly, she took me on a grand tour of the superb amenities available & was very friendly & knowledgeable about all the things on offer. I particularly liked the idea that most, if not all were free to use.

She then showed me three different floor, sized & cost apartments. She answered every question I asked about them in a polite friendly manner & gave me advice on possible best options to choose.

In conclusion, the viewing was conducted in a very professional, helpful & friendly way and led to me actually choosing one of them to live in!

Home Made's Rental experience, facilities & staff are by far & away the best I have ever seen in Manchester.

Molly was helpful with the viewing process and very knowledgeable about the property. The process to view the property was easy.

Brilliant service. This is my third time using Home Made to find a tenant. They've done a great job at a reasonable price. All the people I have interacted with have been helpful and efficient. I will use again for sure and would have no trouble recommending to friends.

Stay away from this company. I used them for 4 years. They continuously failed to pass on issues raised by tenants which has now caused me money and even bigger issues. I made a payment to a supplier they recommended for a roof repair. Home Made failed to let me know the repair never solved the issue, despite the tenants reaching out to them shortly after. They never passed on the emails from the tenants to me, which means we missed the window for the suppliers to go back out to rectify. They have taken the route of silence instead of owning up to their mistake and apologising. I will ensure they are held accountable for their negligence.

Everything was great about my experience, the only thing I noticed was that , the prices online and the prices we were told on ground were different. I think the prices online need to be updated. So as to gain trust from potential applicants
