Easy ordering process, good website and excellent delivery

The worktop was a great price and is absolutely beautiful.
Communication could have been better as we found the company on Facebook and panicked a lot whether we had been scammed, it was difficult to get through on the phone sometimes.
BUT we got our delivery date, tracking was perfect and the delivery men were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this company.

Service excellent product basically good but let down by minor defects unseen beneath the packaging. 2 out of 3 worktops purchased had minor damage that cost time and money to create a workaround to keep my client happy. One had what I suspect was forklift damage on the edge. The other had a piece missing in the middle which needed a fillet made to complete the board for finishing.

House of Worktops were great to order from and the process was efficient and very good value for money.

From start to finish these guys were excellent.
I ordered samples to help choose the compressed laminate and picked the Bella Blanche as it's so smooth to touch.
I measured what we needed including sink tap and hob cuts and placed order.
Had a call and emails from the manufacturing team to confirm cuts and angles etc. and within a week it was delivered all the way to Durham.
I really can't rate these guys high enough, thank you!

Outstanding quality! I absolutely love it! 😌 I even use the leftover piece from the sink cut-out as a chopping board! 🤪

Please dont order from this company. Customer service is absolutely appalling. Initially they changed my delivery date even after I confirmed the day before. They arrived 4 days later than confirmed. Once they did arrive, they have sent me the wrong worktops. They have done absolutely nothing to resolve this and wont send new worktops until their next delivery to my area on 16th october. I am now without a working kitchen, I have 2 children and I have no cooking facilities or water as these were removed ready for the worktops. They could not give a damn. I am so frustrated and due to this being no fault of my own, thought they would go out there way to resolve this but haven't. Please dont waste your money using this company.

Samples arrived quickly.

Ordered , three samples, immediately told me the order was placed and that they would be delivered within 5 to 7 days. Came today , which is five days. Very pleased with the service.
