My 3in1 tap broke after 6/7 years so had cause to contact the company to explore options. I used their instant video advice service where I spoke with a very helpful and polite person called Martin. Live video allowed me to display my current tap and explain where it had broken. We quickly agreed a sensible and cost efficient way forward. I don’t normally complete reviews but have chosen to do so on this occasion for two reasons. First, the live and instant video consultation is a game changer that identified the most appropriate solution quicker than all options would have done so. Second, Martin was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Five star service in all aspects. Thanks Martin.

Great products, equally good customer service & technical assistance. We have had an InSinkErator side tap for years and inevitably things fail after a while but the team are always available to assist and if parts cannot be repaired, provide assistance with replacement parts.

Superb customer service from Martin Green of Insinkerator
Have had my insinkerator a for 15 years or more before it packed and replaced it and this morning thought my second one of 10 yrs was at and end. Martin Green from Insinkerator was just outstanding. Helpful, guided me through trying to get mine to work. It didn’t. Guided me though the buying options on the telephone. Just good old fashioned superb customer service. We had reached the point of purchase and for some reason just before I pressed the Apple Pay button I tried for a 10th time to get the product to work and it did. But now know exactly what I need when it packs up and was just hugely impressed with Martin’s service.

I was supported by Mark from Aquatherm who came to fix my insinkerator. Mark was great, communicated well on the day and was able to resolve my issue without too much trouble. Was able to quickly get an appointment, I believe next day, and great to have my machine back up and running.
