It was a horrible experience with John…
It was a horrible experience with John Shepherd Cannock branch. We were told the house was in a good state but we got there only to find out the house has not been professionally cleaned with lots of outstanding repairs. These repairs were picked and stated on the inventory but they ignored and handed over the keys to us in that state. We spent first few days cleaning and chasing repairs. A month down the line, some of these repairs are still outstanding.

Excellent service and support
I rented a property through them and was fully satisfied with their service. Tracy Savidge was extremely helpful throughout the check-out process and made everything very smooth. She also helped ensure that my full deposit was released. I really appreciate her support and professionalism and would highly recommend their service.

I always felt that my property was in very capable hands
I was extremely impressed with the service I received from John Shepherd, and particularly from my Property Manager, Sue Birch.
Sue was excellent throughout — always responding promptly to my queries, keeping me well informed and providing clear, professional advice whenever needed. She was incredibly supportive, kind and approachable, and I always felt that she genuinely looked after my interests as a landlord.
As I am now selling the property and will no longer be continuing as a landlord, I would like to thank Sue and the team for their support. It was very reassuring to know that my property was in such capable hands. I would have no hesitation in recommending John Shepherd, and Sue in particular.

JS have been looking after the letting Flat 2
JS have been looking after the letting of our flat for the last 4-5 years and it has been very successful in the way everything is managed. They take all the pressure off the owners and carry out all checks and certificates required when instructed. Sue Birch has been very professional and efficient.
