Fake flight, no refund
Allowed us to book onto a flight which when we got to the airport we found out it did not exist & now they will not issue a refund.
Adding more info. With some back and forth with customer service, they are directing me to contact the airline as apparently my ticket was marked as used. I know for a fact that there was no flight & no confirmation of the flight can be given.
They're also asking for my receipt for my 2nd ticket, which I did not book through Kiss and Fly because why would I do that.
As it seems there will be no resolution from the company I am forced to go the fraud route.
Don't fall into the same trap as me, use a trusted booking site instead

However, we would like to inform you that the bank statement provided does not confirm the payment for a new ticket. Without confirmation showing that this is for a different ticket (such as the booking reference number or ticket number), we will not be able to proceed with the reimbursement.
As confirmed by the airline, you have used the tickets that we originally issued and have not purchased any new tickets in the UI system. Additionally, when checking the booking on the Auric Air website, it is visible that everything is in order, and the flight details match the ones shown on your boarding pass.
Therefore, we kindly request that you send us confirmation of the new ticket purchase, along with the ticket itself, so we can process your claim accordingly.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.
UPD: You can contact the airline and clarify this information, since it was the airline that provided us with information that you used this ticket.

I wanted to upgrade my ticket, it was not possible, same goes for anything else like change my date, the name on the ticket etc. once you get the ticket you can’t do any modifications on it which is really disappointing. I dont recomand this service

Cheaper flights than most other booking websites
Booked a couple of tickets at a price lower than any other website I've found so far. The tickets were quickly delivered to my email and everything went smoothly. Recommended.

I bought two tickets on a charter plane on the Iasi-Heraklion route through kissandfly and I had the most terrible experience. basically, the company with the pompous name kissanfly is an Estonian company with a post office box in Vienna. they managed to trick me with 609 euros, avoid this company, they are first class scammers.
