Conform informațiilor din sistem, biletul dumneavoastră a fost emis cu succes și confirmat de compania aeriană. Pe site-ul companiei aeriene, acest bilet era afișat ca fiind valid și emis, putând fi găsit pe baza datelor din itinerariul de zbor.
De asemenea, înregistrarea la această companie aeriană se efectuează doar la aeroport, începând cu 2 ore înainte de zbor și se încheie cu 45 de minute înainte de decolarea planificată.
Vă rugăm să ne oferiți mai multe informații despre motivul pentru care nu ați reușit să vă înregistrați pentru zbor.

Am verificat temeinic toate canalele noastre de comunicare cu compania aeriană și, din păcate, nu am primit nicio corespondență de la ei cu privire la cazul dumneavoastră.
Ați putea verifica adresa de e-mail pe care compania aeriană a folosit-o pentru a ne trimite comunicarea? Sau ai putea cere companiei aeriene un duplicat al scrisorii și să ni-l trimiți?
Acest lucru ne va ajuta să vă asistăm mai eficient.

Nu ați reușit să faceți checkinn ul pentru zborul cumpărat de la voi , cu toate că promiteți să vă ocupați de tot.chiar daca Turcia nu acceptă checkinn ul online , după cum am aflat având această problemă, voi cu siguranță știați.Corect ar fi să informați cumpărătorii despre acest aspect, și în acest fel, sa i lăsați pe ei să decidă dacă mai cumpără de la voi.

Eu personal , daca vedeam aceasta informatie nu cumparam de la voi.
Despre aceste aspecte este vorba.Sa informati corect pasagerii si apoi sa i lasati pe ei sa decida de unde cumpara.
Voi ascundeti informatii , si apoi , pasagerul vazindu se in fata faptului implinit ca mai poate sa faca?

Conform informațiilor din sistem, ați achiziționat un bilet pentru un zbor charter. Din păcate, check-in-ul pentru un zbor charter este posibil doar la aeroport cu 2-3 ore înainte de plecare.
De asemenea, cu o zi înainte de plecare, v-am trimis o chitanță de rută de la compania aeriană la care trebuie să vă înregistrați și am descris această procedură.

Specialiștii noștri tehnici au verificat informațiile afișate în timpul creării comenzii. Conform informațiilor din sistem, v-a fost afișată informația că zborul este charter.
V-am trimis un e-mail de confirmare din sistem. În atașamentul acestui e-mail, vă trimitem o captură de ecran a zborului dumneavoastră, cu indicația exactă a locului unde a fost afișată informația că zborul este charter.
Vă rugăm să verificați primirea e-mailului.
