Very professional, great service
It was an absolute pleasure working with Katie. She was very professional in handling every aspect of the viewing, offer and handover process, and was always prompt in her responses while offering clear and helpful advice throughout. I am especially grateful for her support and seamless communication in the weeks before I moved in while I was overseas and in a different time zone. Right up to check in, Katie ensured that any matters were promptly addressed before connecting me with the property manager. Overall, a great experience with Katie and Mountgrange Heritage and would highly recommend to renters and owners in the area.

Creative and Personal Service
Henry Liu and the whole team at MGH were wonderful to work with. They were consultative, creative, detail-oriented and professional. I have learned my lesson about working with big corporate national chains vs more personal boutique estate agents. Boutique’s like Mountgrange Hertiage are ultimately more successful thanks to their increased focus and personal approach.

Very professional and friendly
We initially contacted Arne for one particular property which did not finally meet our criteria. Arne kept in touch regularly and was very proactive in trying to find us a home. Arne was professional and friendly. He understood our situation and tried to show us a broad spectrum of places.

A very smooth experience
This is my first experience renting through Mountgrange Heritage and I am extremely happy with the experience. They were extremely friendly and helpful in every step (thank you Elizabeth and Veronica) and the property was rented very quickly. A great service!
