Customer service exceeded my expectations!
When I first purchased the machine, I was unsure whether it could be delivered to my home in Germany. However, the entire process went incredibly smoothly. Amelia from the customer service team was fantastic—she guided me through the process, kept me updated, and ensured my package arrived safely. Although I haven’t tested the machine yet, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the delivery experience. Amelia even went the extra mile by checking with me for the tax and customs regulations of my country, so the machine was delivered without any issues. I didn’t have to deal with customs or pay additional taxes, which was a huge relief. Their attention to detail and customer care really stood out!

Customer service and shipping is a 5 star!!! But the machine itself is a 3, just ok, unfortunately. This is my first dermabrasion machine I’ve ever bought and I am disappointed. The machine goes through the liquid sooo quickly and the suction is just way too strong even on the minimum setting. The way you have to empty the machine of the discard liquid is terrible and so time consuming.

Amazing experience FedEx shipped my order to the wrong house and they fixed it no questions asked. This company is amazing.

I must say this first. I have seen many reviews that have said there is no customer service or enough information on how to use this company's products. That simply isn't true. Not much came with my box, but there is more than enough information online through this company.

So, I decided to invest in myself in a more affordable way. Now, I’m learning how to use this cavitation machine from a trustworthy source. The online guide and videos are fantastic! I've been using the machine regularly as directed and have already lost 10 pounds in just a week and a half! I lost 10 pounds with my first salon treatment, so I knew this would be effective. This product has truly changed the game for my weight and skin. I walk 2.5 miles twice a week and use the machine. I've tried every diet under the sun, but the weight always came back. With this technology, the weight only returns if I choose to eat poorly or overeat, similar to what happens after stomach surgery. The weight has stayed off, and I eat normally now—no more overeating or snacking out of boredom. I can do all this while also caring for my skin without any harsh chemicals. I’m loving it! Huge thanks!

My only suggestion for your videos would be to learn more English phrasing for your videos. We make pretty is not correct and may make your company not appear in a good light with English speakers. Say something like we make you beautiful. Just a suggestion.

I had an issue with the machine I purchased from myChway a few months ago. Amelia in customer support was professional, helpful and the issue was quickly resolved. Packaged so safely and everything appears to be working fine. I have used it twice already and hope to see great results with it. Shipping was quick to Australia as well.

I want to believe these cheap products from Shenzhen, China can work, but there's tons of not verified reviews and is a bit suspicious.

My first order was lost. I text Customer Service and explain the situation and the same day they sent me another one. Within a week the problem was solved.
