Received machine with no issues. Looks beautiful just what I needed! I contacted for manual on machine and got it no problem. Customer service responds right back with zero issues! Practicing and cant wait to perform on my clients! My face looks amazing! I got the black pearl 11 in one machine.

Machine does not work
Hi.
I am very disappointed with the result of the Tomas diode laser hair removal machine. It did not work at all. I intended to use this machine professionally, doing services at clients' homes. But first I needed to try it on myself, and it did not give me a good result. And I can no longer use it because it is overheating. I only use it on myself in two small areas, and the machine no longer works. It was very discouraging for me who was planning to start a new beauty business. I sent emails without getting any reply.

I had an issue with my machine…
I had an issue with my machine initially, it would burn me every time I tried to use the probes and even shocked me a bit. I reached out to customer service and they helped right away and sent me a replacement part within a few days. Their customer service team has been excellent throughout this process and I couldn’t be more thankful!
