Very responsive and fast shipping. I did have an issue with my first machine but they were quick to resolve my issue. Will definitely see what else they recommend and would be buying more machines from them soon!

Great customer care
Very nice, very helpful & very responsive. My package was supposed to be delivered by a certain date, but because of a holiday in their country, it was not. They were sure to explain the situation to me and make sure that it got to me immediately after the holiday, and it did. I truly appreciated the great customer care.

I was a bit nervous because it stated my package was delivered but wasn't I then looked at my cameras no package I contacted mychway they were very informative with tracking number phone numbers. I then contacted UPS they had my package I picked it up. and let Mychway It was in my possession.
